Ordered two items, received only one. Tried chatting online, no one responds. Instead you get an email reflecting what you said and somehow there is a response (one word) from there side. No one responds live. In an email, they asked me to check the box. Obviously I did thoroughly, which is why I’m reaching out again as I paid for two items and only received one. Now they are no longer speaking to me. The customer service is absolutely criminal. If I had Done my research and read these reviews before hand I never would’ve done business with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered AMG Tire styled watch for 60 USD (advertised on instagram) on November 2018. They never sent it. Total SCAM!

Imagine paying what equals to 11USD for a silicone phone case that they got in bulk for less then a dollar. I wish I found these reviews earlier.

I fell for this scam twice, mostly because they were the only company where I could buy and receive a case in a week, instead of waiting for three months. I have a Samsung J5 2017. Not exactly an iPhone. There are NO cute phone cases for my phone locally.
But the quality is so unforgivably terrible, the photo started chipping less then 24 hours later. When I tried protecting it with an clear protective spray, the photo started lifting.
The only positive is that I got it on a sale for about 6USD (can't imagine they are worth that price either).

I ordered a watch in November 2018 and still have not received it. TOTAL SCAM!! After several emails over the past year apologising still no watch and it is now mid October 2019. The email address to mycase is now no longer available. Do not buy through this company!!

I also ordered a watch in November 2018 and have not received it. After contacting the company via email, I was informed they were behind in fulfilling their orders. It is now September 2019, still no watch and the email address does not exist anymore. Total Scam!!!

Last week, I received my order [Limited Edition] Carbon Fiber™ iPhone-PREMIUM Sport Cars Case × 1 ORDER #3468.
It was of awful quality and broken. No carbon fiber or whatever, just printed PVC...from China!
I do not think that I will ever recommend this site, since it was no more than a disappointment.

HORRIBLE!!! do NOT buy anything from this site!! its a big scam!

I too ordered watch back in November and now realize it will never ship - total scam. Lesson learned. Will always check before purchasing from from non-Amazon vendor.

In November 2018 I placed an order, 4 months ago.
I have not received it yet, I have contacted them and they do not give me any kind of solution.
It's a shame, do not make orders.

I ordered a watch as a gift on 11/18/2018, sent several emails looking for tracking information and kept getting an automated response. Finally received item 1/2/2019 and its broken, tried again to contact them According to my credit card company the address is Los Angeles, CA. DO NOT BUY from this company. Only wish I had checked reviews prior to purchase.

Never ever try and buy from this site. They are sending only automatic replies for my order follow up. I ordered first week of november and till today i have not received item and not refunded my money. F*** **ff

When mycases couldn't supply the watch that I ordered. They offered a full refund which was credited back into my account without delay.

Ordered watch 11/27/2018, tracked and emailed until late January and then asked for refund since they have 60 day refund policy. Kept getting the same automated reply to email and now trying Paypal resolution to get my money back. Mycases.co is a fake business, do not order from this site or you to will be scammed.

I was scammed. I have not received my order that was placed on 11/14/2018 and the money was taken. Made many many attempts requesting status and finally a refund and receive the same automatic response apologizing and giving me ways to check the shipping information. Also the product is supposedly being shipped from North Korea. Do not buy from this site. The address pulls up 5 Guys in California. I reported them to the BBB.

TOTAL SCAM - paid $59 dollars for what looked like a decent watch! When it arrived, 12 weeks later from China, it was a piece of crap worth $2. I was foolish enough to send it back to their 'fake' USA address only to have it arrive back marked 'return to sender' because they don't exist!!!
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE
