Lovely Cat Grass - My Cats Love it
I originally won the Ready Grown Cat Grass set of 4 pots in a cat show as part of my Burmese's prize for BIS. Both my burms went crazy for the barley grass as soon as I opened it! It arrived in beautiful condition and lasted well over a month. There are 3 options to purchase grass ready grown, pots with organic soil and seeds (just add water) or just the seeds if like me you are green fingered and organised enough to remember about every 10 days to plant more so you have a continuous supply, if not they have a number of subscription options to supply ready grown grass at regular intervals for those not so organised! I have gone on to purchase the pots with seeds, but as I was made redundant last year switched to just buying the seeds as the cheaper option, they last well and my girls do love to chew on grass! Overall I would recommend this company, the grass seems to be better than the normal cat grass you get in garden centres and when both are planted in pots side by side my girls go for My Cat Grass over the other stuff.

Needed to take her to the vet to remove it.
A frightening experience, not nice at all!

Cats eat grass naturally so just wanted to make sure you're aware that if your cat is prone to choking you may need to keep a very close eye on her/him at all times as they wont be affected by grass alone. I sincerely hope you and your cat have recovered from the experience and wish you all the best.

Very prompt delivery, great packaging. Slightly unclear on the website whether the trays include the grass or not. Very happy with the product. It's unfortunate my cat is particularly fussy and has not even taken one nibble, so for this reason won't buy again (but I can guarantee you it can be the finest quality and sometimes still not adequate for my kitty's particular tastes, so it's not the product) 🙈

My cats love it
My cats love it! They had a tendency to eat our house plants which we really needed to stop them doing. The cat grass in strategic locations around our house has worked wonders. It seems to be tasty for them (given how much they eat it!). And the process for ordering and getting the delivery was quick and easy.

Great service, lovely product - cat of course ignored it for days, but now enjoys a good old munch. Got the regular-sized plant container and ready grown grass - it's thriving and just the right amount. Def made sense to get the extra compost. Will prob get seeds and grow next batch.

Ready Grown Cat Grass
The grass is ready grown, but it seems that it has been grown in a tray and then potted in these pots for mailing. This means that when my cat pulls on the grass, the whole top layer comes away. I have taken them away from my cat just now to give them time to bed in the pots. Just hope they survive and she can still get to enjoy them.

Hi Jackie, Yes we do grow our cat grass in soil and then pot into biodegrable pots for shipping. Thsi enables us to do our bit for the environment but reducing use of plastic but more importantly it means each pot of cat grass has 9cm depth of fresh organic soil association approved soil to grow into - the key to kong lasting cat grass!
If your cat really tugs at the grass, simply let it grow into the post for a few days before giving to your cat.
