Refinance option has been down at least a week. I went to refinance, hit the button they amount eligible. It will not move past Step one only have leave or cancel when you hit next. Have spoken to customer service, they are aware of the problem however they are waiting on the problem to be fixed. Really a whole week to fix a program and there is no backup option.

When I refinanced my loan, the company did not hesitate because I've been a long time customer. They came through for me when no one else would me.Everything was explained to me in details and they kept in touch the whole process.

The processing time was as promised, short. I received an email explaining each step.

I would like to say about this Loan Finical co. is the worth I ever come across I got t twice thousand dollars loan almost two years ago at 281, a month everything I call for a balance it the same number. Today I asked when was the last pay they said 10mos to go that another 3thousand on two. I am sending to my Attorney!!

I wish there was an in-between star. I would have given them a 3.5. FIRST, I was thankfully able to get a much needed loan. My credit isn't the best due to certain things that have happened. Regardless, my credit wasn't great, but thanks to centż it's improving now. I've been paying on my loan regularly and on time for almost 2 years. I recently received a notice that I could refinance and lower my payments, plus get a good sum of money back. Of course I took them up on that offer. It was quick, easy, and I received my funds in 24 hours. Now my payment is a bit more affordable. Now, SECOND...the only negative thing I've got to say about them is this: the payments on the loan are paid TWICE a month. Just make sure you understand that when you take your loan out. You'll be due on the 1st of the month and then 2 weeks later, regardless of when you get paid. And the payments ARE rather high. However, your chances of getting a loan with centż is very high. I do appreciate their help during the loan process - both - and, though they're expensive to deal with, if I needed another loan, I would use them again.

very quick, easily done

I was in need of a new furnace and not sure where the money was going to come from....so Thankfully Cents approval and hopefully quick deposit I'll have a warm house again.
