With My cheap flights(theflightsguru) after booking my ticket. I haven't received the air ticket. They sent an email and phone call in the middle of the night asking to reply within 2 hours or the they wouldn't be able to get the ticket. They wanted extra details such as the CVV for the card and the card number to confirm who I was as well as a copy of the passport. I managed to make it before this deadline. They advised me they have received it and would send the ticket within 2 hours however I haven't heard anything since.

The sales agent Ashley i dealt with was so helpful he spent a very long time trying to accommodate my request after my flights had been cancelled. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and nice manner . A credit to your company

If I could give these scam artists no stars I would. I booked a flight (4/10), got a text from them asking for confirmation following a phone call from them. I confirmed and got a confirmation message. The following day (5/10) I got a message saying flight cancelled as I hadn't confirmed and what a surprise the cost had increased. I went back on the site and the price was the same so I booked again. Some 10 hours later (6/10) as it was still pending (?) I called several times to chase up confirmation. The response was this too was cancelled as the price had increased by £200. That was even more than if I booked direct with Virgin.
Scammers. Thanks for causing unnecessary stress and telling blatant LIES!!!!
