check your battery ASAP
good computer in good condition, works well, good price for the spec however be sure to check your battery ASAP this was a bought in oct as a Christmas gift It was checked on arrival and was in working order but by the time we realised the battery didnt hold charge it was too late to get it changed in an email from the company "We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your battery, we do state on our site that the battery is only covered under the warranty for the first 7 days of receiving the item."

I bought an Hp laptop on 28/12/2023 and received it several days after. Having considered the specification, I realised I had made a mistake and the computer would not meet my needs. I requested a refund on the 04/01/2024 and have now received the full amount into my account on the 06/01/2024. Well done to all at the company.

Bought a couple of Microsoft surface pro laptops for Christmas presents having bought a tablet from them in the past that’s still going strong.
The two I just bought arrived late courtesy of parcel force going to wrong house luckily only left a card.
But worth the wait they are both in fantastic condition and work great. Thank you , highly recommend

Great sevice
I ordered a lap top on Friday evening, I was a bit worried that there were no comms over the weekend but I learnt they didn't work weekends. By Tue I had received the laptop which worked great. The battery life wasn't geat so I emailed Tuesday and by Thursday they had sent a new battery , no extra charge. Fantastic , thank you.

I made a price enquiry on the Wednesday…
I made a price enquiry on the Wednesday night which they replied to early Thursday. I then ordered at 10am on Thursday. I heard nothing about the order the rest of Thursday or at all Friday.
I queried the status of the order early Saturday but heard nothing all day, so cancelled the order late Saturday (I found a faster seller).
Cancellation still pending.
I don't have criticism just I expected more prompt details about my order and faster shipping (they did say it was in stock so I expected same day shipping).
I guess I'm just used to Amazon. Still, they're fair modern standards.
Update: they're not actually open at weekends but they've refunded it anyway.
Makes the whole review somewhat moot now.

Microsoft Pro Surface Fix
I purchased a Microsoft Pro 5 Surface about a year and half ago and took out extended warranty. Unfortunately there was a small issue it with it recently and it was so easy to to arrange a fix. I sent the surface back and the team worked really hard to fix it. I received a delivery today and it was a brand new surface... no extra charge, no big deal on their end and that is what was amazing. They wanted to fix the problem and went through all options. I was kept in the loop at all times and I really cannot rate this company enough! I have already told a lot of my friends about them as the service I received I truly believe to be A*

Juliana, we are not entirely sure why you have left this 1 star review. We can see you purchased a laptop in June and in July you contacted us regarding an issue.
On the 26th July we asked you a question regarding being able to print a return label and you did not respond until the 4th August but with no answer to our question.
It would seem that we arranged for a collection on the 7th August but for some reason the courier did not collect, something in which we apologise for but cannot help.
We rearranged this collection for wednesday 9th August where the item was collected and returned to us for repair.
We repaired and shipped the laptop back to you on the 15th August.
We fully appreciate that things can go wrong and can only rely on the courier services we use, as do many online retailers, however once there was an issue with the courier we resolved it as swiftly as possible and performed your warranty repair as we would always do.
Overall we feel this review has been left a little prematurely and would kindly ask that it is edited to show more accurate information.
We believe that the comment of us "not helping at all" is quite unfair considering we have tried multiple ways to help with the return of your item and also have adhered to our terms and conditions of sale and warranty appropriately.
