I ordered two times got the strips and dry aged ribeye. The steaks were excellent. They arrived perfectly frozen and the add on burgers were also tasty. I would highly recommend to anyone for the quality of the meat

Exceeded expectations
Steaks were excellent. Was wary that would not be as good since they were frozen but as good as any I have had in upscale steak houses.

I have ordered multiple times, and this time UPS caused a problem with the order. Chicago Steak jumped right on the issue and corrected it, and sent me replacement products. They really care about us!

Chicago Meat is the best!

Partial order received
First-time customer of Chicago Steak Company.
I ordered the Chicago Steak Sampler and quickly received a partial order.
The received meat was perfectly frozen and still had plenty of ice in the package.I emailed the provided "Order Questions?" email address: sales-at-mychicagosteak.comregarding the missing items.
I did not receive a response, so I emailed again a couple days later.
Still no response, so I called the supplied phone number.
The representative I talked to told me that email address is not monitored and I should use this one instead info-at-mychicagosteak.com
Seems odd that you would supply an email address for questions and then not respond to questions sent to that email address.
The representative stated the missing items would be shipped immediately and that I would receive a $50 gift certificate via email for the trouble.
The representative also asked for a photo of the missing items to help the packaging department; okay.
I received the missing items within two days of the phone call - thank you.
I cannot yet comment on the meat quality.

The steak tips were excellent. I made beef stroganoff with them and my family said this was the best stroganoff that they had ever eaten. I will definitely be buying more in the future.

Great experience for first time meat order

Best steaks I've ever purchased!
I have been a customer for over a year and have never been disappointed. I even went back and purchased steaks from Sam's Club and they pale in comparison. Totally different flavor. You can tell the quality of the product that Chicago Steak Company offers and although a bit pricey, it's worth it.

The order was received on time to Florida and with plenty of ice.
The order was received on time and even though delivered to Florida had more than enough ice that was still hard when we opened the box. We have ordered from Chicago Steak many times and have sent many gifts and we have always been pleased with the quality of the steaks and burgers. I have ordered from all of the competitors but always come back to Chicago Steak.
