Awful customer services would definitely avoid!
Paid £7.99 for next day delivery and package didn’t arrive for 5 days.
Tried to check website for return information and website removed as soon as festive period over.
When I contacted they simply replied to say returns policy exceeded. Hard to gauge when no information available.

Sizing not great and Clearly a seasonal company taking advantage of customers not as they promote at all!

I wish I had read all their negative reviews properly before ordering
I have still not received my order even though I placed it over a week ago
When I sent a query their responses blame Royal Mail and all their internal problems within the company. Have never received an email where a company doesn't take accountability for their orders and air their dirty laundry to the customers.

They announced a 25% OFF site wide offer before they claimed to have sent out my order and refused to provide the discount. Awful company, awful customer service. Given all these delivery problems the least they could have done is honoured their advertised offer.

Would never recommend this company to anyone and their customer service is appalling.

Awful ,disappointing shopping experience before Christmas
AND to top it off I still havent received my order which I have paid over the odds for even though they posted it out after announcing a discount!!!

Ordered some matching christmas pyjamas have ordered my size and wrong size delivered, also been labelled up wrong to what was on tag inside pyjamas. Awful customer service when contacting them, no apologies. They just wanted me to send them back, im guessing at my own cost, not what you expect when buying £80 luxary pyjamas! These were purchased as a gift straight to recepitant so not so easy to just simply send back. Avoid!

Awful company, material thin as ever. So cheaply made. Logged in and not showing any orders to process a refund and no answer from email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Very very cheap material, thinner than paper. My pyjamas also came woth a hole in them and I've been refused a refund. Do not buy from here
