Poor quality. Waste of money.
I think I bought 4-5 of the lunch box in a period of a year. All of them got broken on the handle - insulation part. I thought this was happening at school and my kid was not handling properly until it broke on my hands by simply using the mechanism of pressure release and pulling the lid. I was shocked. Sent them an email with the pictures and receipts… so far they haven’t done anything. My honest opinion - go for the Thermos…

I don't normally leave reviews but the quality of these products felt really worth it, I got water bottles for a few kids in the family, a food jar and snack box and I can see the difference between these and other cheap bands that wont last very long. The kids all love them too, so I'll definitely be back to get matching bits for birthdays this year!

Citroen UK, have no awareness of customer service. They do however have excellent ability in providing cars built to poor quality. Before you buy a Citroen think carefully it will have recalls during which time you will have no access to the car. Oh Citroen UK do offer support, if you wish to attempt to use it via their compensation scheme. Advice buy from another or regret.

Got faulty product emailed three times but never got replied. Never trust this company never again

My order stated it qualified for next-day delivery, but it’s now been 6days and I still haven’t received my order. The order status also doesn’t provide when the delivery will arrive. not happy

I ordered the roll top lunch box for the start of the new school year in September, by November it was broken and unusable. The popper on the front had completely come off so it couldn’t stay shut. I flagged the issue and customer services requested photos. I sent them back the images a few days later… then chased a week later… NOTHING.
Rubbish product and rubbish customer service.
If you want a nice quality roll top lunch bag, try ‘KING BAG’ cannot fault the brand

Such a shame, as most of the products I ordered were so lovely.
However, I noticed a chip in the paint on the drinks bottle I bought.
I emailed the company and got offered either £5 or 20% discount.
I took the 20% discount after ALOT of back and forth.
Then, after I had excepted, I also received a generic email that was sent to all on the mailing list for 20% off which I felt made my 20% off pointless and insulting.
So I emailed back and got the £5.

I will order again as everything else in the order was lovely but the actual customer service was 0/10.
I had to write publicly on their instagram to prompt them to email me back. (Several times).

Really disappointing because I thought they would have a female led, thoughtful, responsive team. Which is not the case.

To conclude, nice product, bad customer service.
