Interaction with my classy bag team

Initially I was skeptical on whether I will get a response to my cancellation request
However I am impressed that I did and also that Claire has reached out to explain the process as well as going further to assist in a refund.
I am duly amazed at the prompt feedback I am receiving from Claire and the team

SCAM

Requested a refund same day the subscription fee was deducted from my account. I reached out to their customer service and confirmed that it was really deducted and that they will process for a refund of that. I waited 12 days and to my surprised they told me that it was got cancelled before it was settled. So, now they are telling me that I could not get the refund because it was not deducted. Literally a scam.

They only steal your money
I don't ask for any subscripción and they robbed me.
They mentioned that they will refound My money and still waiting their promise to me.

I would like to give Paula and the team…

I would like to give Paula and the team for a work well done on giving me assurance about my request of refund and cancellation or membership. Paula's email gave me an impression that you have heard my side.

Just to clarify also, there was no terms and agreements upon the transacttoon that transpired. All iit has was payment for the product, nothng more nothing less.

Thank you once again. I will be waiting for the refund and hoping it willbe that last time i will make a review or a fd up of my case. Thank you Paula for the kind consideration.

CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION

I recently posted a review regarding this matter because they want me to wait 14 days for my subscription to be cancelled which I find unfair and they have an immediate cancellation fee that costs 8 euros but I refused to pay for it because I dont have that kind of money so I talked to their agent Charlotte. She was very considerate and she cancelled my subscription immediately without paying for the cf. Thank you Charlotte.

My experience was wonderful Max is the agent who helped resolved my refund issues Im finally refunded back my first refund and his assuring me that I will get second refund back and I trust him . He was so helpful and quick to respond me and he give me relevant answers so thank you so much iam satisfied 🙏
