I bought some really beautiful earrings…
I bought some really beautiful earrings from Cocowild. I emailed the team to ask if they could change them into clip-ons for my Mum. The team got in touch almost straight away & told me they could do the change. When you order you get a receipt & a tracking number which is great & when the earrings arrived they were wrapped in lovely tissue paper & well wrapped & packed.

An when I messed up the address they changed it without fuss. The only feedback I have- is acknowledge the message re address change, I was stressed when I got the tracking mail without a response re the address!
