No returns or exchanges
You have to be 100% sure of your purchase as there is no returns or exchanges even if your order has not shipped but is considered "Processing". I placed an order 5/11 and they were launching new styles 5/21 which I was not aware of. I emailed asking if I could change my order to one of the styles being launched, I was told "Orders cannot be exchanged or changed once they’ve been in our system for more than an hour since the prep has already begun...". They have a customer service blurb about making things right or making sure the customer is happy. I am not happy but I am stuck. Buyer beware!!
