I’ve had issues with my boiler for some time but when I got in touch with My connected home they were quick, effective and got the job done. I’ve since had no problems and can only recommend them highly , going forward I’m on the best plan to cover my boiler for any future problems
Engineer visited after our boiler broke down. He made it work but said it will breakdown again but doesn't know when as the boiler was quite old from when we purchased our home and recommended we look into getting a new boiler. He said it will put it down on his report and send over to My Connected Home.
