We use MyCorporation to open up state withholding/unemployment taxes in several states now. We employ all over the US, it requires us to pay taxes in the state the employee lives. So much easier and convenient way to help in this process. It takes too much time if you do it on your own. Well worth the cost. Ash is Great! He is so responsive and gets things moving quickly!

Super efficient service and reactive customer assistance. They were in touch with me immediately upon getting my request for the formulation of an LLC, and contacted me via phone when needing further info. Ash was great, taking personal responsibility to action my requests and delivering a great result within 72 hrs to meet a deadline. Highly recommend.

You won't appreciate how useful My Corp is until you try doing it all yourself. They did the whole shooting match for me from State Reg, to withholding accounts, virtual addresses and RA services for may states simultaneously. Ash and team were responsive, knowledgeable and organized. I recommend!

I have had a great experience working with MyCorporation. They handled all of my needs in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. I was particularly impressed with my representative Ash, who was also hyper-responsive and very friendly. I can highly recommend the company and the agent I worked with.

Ash and his team were extremely responsive, his whole team jumped through hoops to get my corporation registered. I would highly recommend their services If you want it done right the first time.

Our company has used MyCorporation for years -or rather we've paid them (a reasonable amount) for years. I hadn't had a need before a few weeks ago and suddenly needed to deal with several issues related to our non-profit corp status. I was contacted by Ash Solhdoust who asked questions, called me, and called back when he couldn't get through. He came back with detailed options for us in writing and has been nothing but professional and unbelievably helpful through several rounds of questions. I don't recall ever having better customer service!

tldr; paid $35 but unable to figure out how to use notary service, very slow customer service.
I was trying to use the notary service through mycorporation.com, as recommended by my credit union. I'm well versed in using computers and the internet, etc, but I couldn't figure out how to use the service which charges $35 up front. So I paid, and nothing happened, no email confirmation came for more than an hour.. I decided to use notarize.com which was intuitive and easy. I called cs, and they got back to me several days later.

I am satisfied and there is no doubt that I will work with you again

They are completely useless, arrogant, customer service is crap, after filing, they ask you $155 more for rush service, differently will take 2/3 months.

**UPDATE**
I worked this backwards and called my Dept. of State. The certificate of publication noted below had been filed. It was my CPA who told me I would need to submit it, hence my calling mycorporation.com in the first place to try to find it. I've raised my rating to three stars because everything was filed as it should be, however, my initial inquiries via phone message and email have gone unanswered.
Case closed.

I paid a local accountant to set up my LLC. Unfortunately he farmed it out to mycorporation.com. I tried to find out what newspapers the notice of formation were published in. My request went unanswered. The accountant called them, to which the response was "we don't know", if they really did call him back. Calling the number only goes to a general voicemail so you must leave a message. Apparently mycorporation.com sent the publishing out to a third party. I have 10 days to get my certificate of publication to my state department. As of this writing I have received no certificates, no response, but everyone has been paid.

I received a bad service

Applied for all payroll tax accounts for state of Georgia April 2022 and still don't have all the accounts set up as of 03/21/2023! I send emails requesting updates and after 1 month of silence all I got was an email saying Georgia is months behind on processing. Really 11 months? I highly doubt it. Why do I keep having to send emails requesting updates after 1 month of silence? Does this company have any kind of oversight or are we at the mercy of people working from home who aren't actually working? Sure would like to know.

UPDATE: After posting this review amazingly in less than 15 days they were able to complete a project that had been stalled for months. They claim it has been completed and the paperwork is on the way. I will believe it when it's in my hands since I find it hard to believe after all this time it magically was accomplished so quickly.

They responded in real time and we were able to speed up everything to get our company registered very timelye !

Working with Jennifer Briseno at My Corporation to help me file my business as a foreign entity when I moved to Georgia made what could have been a very complicated process very simple. She has gone above and beyond to guide me to the right approach and forms needed for my C Corp and LLC registrations, and I go into the new year knowing that we can confidently conduct business in our new state. I highly recommend working with Jennifer for all your needs.

I needed a document for my LLC that was not specifically part of my order. The agent said she would put one together and send it to me shortly. She sent me what I needed right away as promised. Couldn't ask for more.

I registered a business with MyCorporation and everything went smoothly. Customer service was also helpful when I had a couple of questions about the process, which I appreciated.

In an age where almost every big company sucks, it's refreshing to do business with one that doesn't.
