They keep charging me after I wanted to…
They keep charging me after I wanted to cancel. They HAVE NO WAY TO CANCEL YOURSELF. I question the legality of this. The only way to cancel is to contact support. That is what I did. It took me 6 times to get a confirmation that they would cancel. After a month, I just got an invoice and they are charging me again.

As per the plan, the renewal was 4.99 USD you were charged 1 USD we have made sure that you were refunded that amount. To cancel the service option that we have already added to our all customer account. scroll down the screen page you can find it on the right side of the corner canceled toggle button. if a customer was not able to cancel subscription on their own then we do from our side
