The Airtouch masks have a new ComfiSoft TM fabric nasal cushion. These are great for people who experience allergies to silicone and also prefer a softer fit. These come in 3 different sizes of Small Wide, Medium and Large.
These cushions are also compatible with the standard silicone version of the Resmed AirFit N30i and means people who have that mask can try these new cushions if not needing to buy a new mask

I think these air fit cushions are so much better. I find all the CPAP equipment and accessories are very expensive and a big cost to maintain for maximum benefits.

This is the most comfortable mask cushion I have ever used. Because of the cloth based material instead of silicone it lasts at best a few months instead of the very long life of the previous all silicone design. ResMed have found a way to make the silicone material on their recent production masks much less durable recently with no significant gain in comfort or performance. The soft cloth material on their recent production AirTouch N30i does not last as long as the plain silicone and leaks slightly more because of the cloth surface. It is however very bmuch more comfortable and less likely to irritate the skin. These are important factors in sleeping with a CPAP and in my view well worth the cost of more frequent replacements. Some cushions I’ve used on previous masks have lasted over a year and been uncomfortable the whole time. With the AirTouch N30i cushion I am sleeping longer with no skin irritation and much more comfort both side and back sleeping. It is a genuine advance in mask comfort. The cushion can be gently rinsed by hand under the tap and dried with a soft hand towel. I was initially concerned it would become dirty quickly because of the cloth surface but it has been as easy to care for as the silicone style cushions. Highly recommended

The pillow mask is comfortable. Would like to see it a little more hard wearing, stronger and not break or rip.

So far seems to be ok. I am allergic to the silicone so having that lining so far seems to work.
