The most popular size is the medium with the small wide very good for smaller length and wider noses, and the large for bigger style noses. There are 2 frame sizes available, and these are small and standard and are determined by the size of your head. If the mask frame falls back over your head or sits too close to your ears, then the smaller frame size will suit. If the frame size is sitting too forward and close to your eyes then the standard frame size is the best for you
