Resmed Gecko Nasal Pads are designed to assist people who are experiencing skin irritations related to their interface. They are made from medical grade silicone and simply are applied between the silicone cushion and the bridge of the nose. They help in preventing pressure sores, skin breakdown and improve overall comfort. There are some users who also feel the cushioning effect assists with the seal and reduces leakage.

I thought there would be a packet of them. I think & $20 is too much for one. When I used it the first and only time, it seemed to break the airtight seal around the nose area. I had a terrible night sleep. I didn’t use it again. I won’t be using it again, as far as I can see.

So comfortable across the bridge of my nose where I used to feel pressure soreness. I'd recommend this to people who have thinning skin and bone that gets sore from aging, it really makes a difference to your comfort and getting off to sleep.

I wear a mask every day and thanks to the Gecko (that is what the staff and I call it ) my nose is not red. Sometimes it takes a bit of adjusting to get it in the correct spot

I actually bought this because I work in a covid clinic and I have been experiencing skin irritation from wearing n95 masks that have resulted in redness and flaking skin on my nose and cheeks. This pad has been an amazing help protecting the bridge of my nose but also allowing me to get a good mask fit/seal. I can even wear my glasses without any fog appearing. I love that they are washable just with water and soap, I keep it in a small case and bring it with me to every shift. This is a life saver and I've recommended it to my colleagues! It's a must buy of you are getting skin integrity issues from mask wearing.
