While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Scam company - when there’s a query with safety they ignore all communication. They also delete reviews from their website

Update. Further proof My creative box is a scam - the reviews on their website are fake and skewed as they delete negative reviews (left a similar review there and it is nowhere to be seen).

Scam company. Also NDIS scam company (fake mobile phone number that nobody ever answers, the same as the rest of the NDIS scams). This is an Australian based website. I purchased several boxes for my kids for Xmas. The boxes were okay though not as high quality as seemed online. One of the boxes I ordered has a sand based activity. I read about asbestos contamination in various children’s sand activities and products in the news and attempted to contact for the first time at the end of Jan to make sure the product was tested and safe. No reply. I tried several emails over a couple of months and same with phone calls, they only have a mobile phone number for contacting that rings out every time, left several voicemails. They also plaster that they love the NDIS (not how I paid) all over their website. Illegitimate, precarious and shady business, working on an NDIS scam like many others. AVOID at all costs unless you want to poison your kids.
