Don't ever purchase these. Very poor quality, poor customer service. False advertising of product. No refund when product is unsatisfactory.

They shipped the bobbleheads before I confirmed, I had to spend a ton of time making corrections. It arrived faulty, didn't look anything like the picture I provided. Super dissatisfied with the product, they do offer great service but what mattered the most was their end product which is a disappointment.

Remarkable likeness fast delivery and definitely use again.
Will recommend to anyone

A very bad product, arrived late even though I paid extra and they are so badly made. they look NOTHING like the people they should. I had ordered three and none of them looked even vaguely similar. There is nothing hand made, I think they have some ready-made and just send you the closest match off the shelf. Don't take a chance, stay far away.

Very bad product. It doesn’t even look closer to our picture I sent. I wanted to gift this to my husband as our first anniversary gift so Inpaid extra for premium express shipping service but instead 2-3 days, it came after 2 weeks and it didn’t look like us at all. Total disappointment and a waste of money

Avoid Avoid Avoid I ordered one for my girlfriends christmas mid november approved the head from the photo i sent and waited by mid december i was getting worried as no tracking was available but was assured it was in transit now on dec 31st after contacting again they replied saying their tracking showed it was delivered on dec 21st and to check by my door the whole property is camera’d nothing had been near its a scam at 100 quid a time quite a lucrative one

After ordering a bobble head I looked on this site and all the negative reviews made me very worried, I didn’t need to be. I ordered on 08/12/22 and it arrived on 22/12/22. It came in a lovely presentation box, the likeness is amazing and very good quality, all in all I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

ordered a custom model the 1st draft (they send a phot of there "work") looks nothing like the person its meant to.

I requested changes they said they had impanated them and sent a "new photo of the model" that was identical in every way.

After this insult (trying to pass off the same model as changed) I said I would like to cancel our order.

Despite there returns policy saying "all refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees" they want to charge 40% (£50)

I spent the little I had left over from my benefits to purchase a gift from my husband from this website, the website claims to be from UK but is clearly based in China. They provide concise details on the site to show you the hand carve the statue etc and allow you to choose skin colour, they provide images to build your confidence in showing you how accurate the representation of your desired person on the figure will be. They allow you to provide images in different angles etc which I did. I also chose the skin colour to be on the safe side as you can do so manually. I also paid extra to have it personalised with name. The product they provided me is nothing like what the site promotes - it’s damaged, extremely poor quality and the so called personalised which they charge you extra for the image showed it’s carved onto the statue; however it was not, they merely put a STICKER on. The statue I chose held a mug that said “best boss ever” you can clearly see the difference in the product on the site to the one they gave me, the product They sent me the writing is a shoddy recreation clearly from handwriting it however the image on site showed it was printed on large bold and clearly. The cape the statue is wearing is coming off, the skin colour despite me manually choosing it, was completely the incorrect shade provided 3/4 shades lighter. I can provide images of what I chose on the site and also the product given. This shoddy recreation is atrocious, they do not deserve to sell items for such high price claiming to provide you something they quite evidently are aware that they won’t be able to deliver. Furthermore they also sent the item Incredibly late despite providing a different time frame upon delivery, over 2 weeks late. Obviously I understand now as it’s from China despite claiming it’s from UK.

The worst service/product out there. Doesnt look like the person, got my order wrong and didnt design it the way requested only to go back and forth over 30 emails just for them to address it and understand the issue only to pay extra to modify, even though I done everything within protocol. Cancelled one of the dolls so they decided to scribble pencil marks as hair on the one order i liked and ruined that one too. Havent even processed my refund and its been over 2 weeks. Its a scam pretty much. Make you think its going to be nice and all comes out generic and cheap. business setup in UK but everything is done in China with poor service. Avoid at all costs.

**AVOID AT ALL COSTS**
Ordering a 100% custom bobble head from this company who make out they are based in the UK when they are not they are based in China.

I received my order and it is absolutely nothing like what I confirmed the order to look like. They previously emailed me with an image of the head which was brilliant but for some unknown reason (without me confirming) they put a helmet on the bobble head which is quite simply covering up the custom bobblehead that I have paid for?
The images of the head/face and body were sent separately as they requested but yet they for some reason merged the images to create what I received.

I raised a dispute via PayPal for a partial refund and between me and Mycustombobbleheads we came to no agreement therefore it was escalated for Paypal to decide - they then responded directly closing the case as it is not eligible for buyer protection due to the item being custom/personalised goods!!

To say I am disappointed is an understatement as this is not the order I confirmed or requested. Paying over £100 for an item to throw it away.

Avoid this company at all costs and be careful of the affiliate companies!!!

NEED HELP WITH REFUND.

Terrible experience: has anyone managed to get a refund?

I received a bobble head for a Christmas gift for my husband and it is poor quality and shocking resemblance. I paid £70 in total for the product and shipping and am now in an email chain with their customer service who I'm not even sure is a real human being because their responses aren't even acknowledging what I'm saying. I'm so upset and don't have £70 to waste if anyone can help by posting a comment on how you got your money back or if anyone managed to find a phone number it would be really appreciated.

Absolutely awful.

Long delivery times. No resemblance to the pictures.

I contacted them today to make a complaint and ask for a refund and got a response saying 'your order was delivered, check your porch'! This resulted in me having to ask for a refund again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE or at other mycustombobblehead sites (they have more than one .co.uk .com) I ordered a bobble head over a month ago now and still haven’t received it even though I paid for fast service. Every time I email I get offered a 10% discount code, I get no real answer on when my bobble head will be ready. I chased again today and got offered the discount code again. They are pure scammers and I feel like all reviews on their website are made up. They manage to send proofs of the head in 2 days yet it’s taken them over a month to put the head on a body????

Dear Bobbleheads. I received my wonderful, amazing true likeness of my partner and I. This is a beautiful momentum of us to mark our wedding. Thank you for accommodating my request to the clothes and the eyes! It’s perfect. Communication at all levels with regards to proof and delivery. I was so excited and tracked my package all the way from China and was so happy to finally receive it. I would definitely recommend this company. Delivery came right in time for my wedding, beautifully packaged too.
It is definitely a ‘WOW’ factor.

Stay away. Fast turnaround is a scam (it always takes 6-7 days even if you pay more) and customer service is a joke.

I am so impressed with the 1st bobblehead that I ordered before Xmas, came just in time too. So good have ordered a 2nd one and about to order my 3rd.

I paid for the 3 day turnaround, it took 3 weeks before being dispatched.

I paid for 3 - 5 days fedex shipping it took 11 days.

They did not arrive in time for Christmas.

Photos sent were of a black man, they sent a white doll. I bought two dolls and they bear absolutely no resemblance to photos sent.

I asked for photos before dispatch, they refused.

The arm was broken when it arrived.

Very happy with my product. It was well packaged and the presentation box was fabulous. The bobble head was an exact replica of the picture that I sent. I would highly recommend ‘MyCustomBobbleheadsUK’ . Cannot wait to give this to my nephew for Christmas. I know he will absolutely love it.
