Great service
The delivery took slightly longer than expected so I reached out to them. They were very helpful, even offered a solution to use a PDF voucher but then it arrived in the end.

I have a coupon issued by Mydays after it was bought for me as a present. The coupon is worth 500 Swiss Francs (equals 500 euros = a lot of money). I am not going to be able to spend this coupon and Mydays (whoever they are) are laughing all the way to the bank. I have been trying to use it since before the covid pandemic. All I get if I try to make a booking is the reply : "You cannot have those dates." I was offered dates in the working week when I cannot go because I have to work. I contacted a Best Western Hotel in France and validated my coupon with them, but they are not answering my emails and right from the start refused to give me the dates I asked for.
I am absolutely appalled that a country I have always admired (Germany) can allow a business based in Munich to operate in such a devious, dishonest, underhand, sinful way. I am also appalled at the attitude of the staff in the Best Western Hotel in France. From what I can see, mydays customers give up trying to make a booking BECAUSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DO SO and the Mydays managers are making easy money.
This is a terrible situation and I am now going to have to tell my friends that their 500 euros / francs have been thrown away - into a bank account called Mydays. Easy money for nothing. I cannot believe that this is legal in the European Union. The customer is being trampled on and money is taken freely without a service being offered to make the payout worth it.

Unfortunately, the website states 3-4 days delivery. I made the order on Monday 12 Dec, as of 21 Dec I still do not have the voucher box. It was meant to be a Christmas present, but I guess it’ll just be a delayed present. It’s unfortunate to have it not delivered according to the time schedule, especially for a first time buyer, but I do hope other people have better experiences.

Mydays have incredibly poor customer service. The website isn’t in English. My voucher didn’t work on the website so I called my days on the phone and nobody spoke French or English. When I called to speak to someone they told me to email mydays. I emailed them with my issues and the reply was to call the number I had already called. I am wasting my time and still trying to use a voucher, mydays do not make the simple task of booking a hotel easy.
I called my days for the third time and finally found someone who spoke English.
He talked me through the long, boring drawn out process!
I had to enter my personal details several times, wait for an email, then I was given further voucher codes which were different to the ones on my voucher card.
Then I had to call the hotel myself to check the availability! This is the longest hotel booking in history!
