The team of agents I spoke with from the first gentleman to the lady at the end of the call was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about the information they're giving, I was totally intrigued and attentive to the session. The calls took most of the day from transferring to waiting time in the queue but it was absolutely worth the wait.
