My dentist east Leake the staff are no good at all. I have leaning difficulties and they don’t care they would not help me. I had my carer with me. He was not happy at all. They was making my anxiety bad. They did not listen to me. They should treat me with respect. I have complained to head office. I have a new dentist now I went Saturday they sorted my problem out so it is good. The practice manager at my dentist east Leake is no good at all.

Absolutely disappointed with my dentist Clacton. I took my 80 year old mother-in-law who needed a chip repaired. (£200 for 20min appointment). While there she was charged almost another £90 for a prescription to be written out for a cream that had a small amount of antibiotic in it.
Had she been told she could buy this 'over the counter medication' she would have saved herself both the prescription paper writing service (£90) and the private prescription cost. I then found out the medication could be bought for only £10. I had questioned this at the time with the staff in mydentist, but at no point did they advise of this.. THIS IS GREEDY. This is almost half her weekly pension, so DISGUSTED that you think this is service, making money out of an OAP.

My dentist Dr Anisa Ahmed suggested a good treatment and I was very pleased.

Would rate no stars .first appointment soon as I went in ten mins early they called me in and didn't get given any chance to fill out a form or medical. They never said a word about anything .I spoke to dentist and she made feel bad .
And now I week later phoning me up asking for a payment. NHS. Really annoyed.they didn't take time to do forms and tell they would be a charge .

My Dentist Castle Rd Bedford. A friendly smiling welcome from the lovely receptionistTracy on entering the surgery, in fact all the staff here are good and make you feel welcome.
Now my first treatment was in May 24 when I had my four remaining teeth removed as they had broken and impressions done for a lower denture which was then fitted in July - all was not well it fitted awful and adjustments were made. Back in August again - more adjustments, back again on 3rd September and again on the 16th and again on 2nd October and the 15th October.
It was surgested at this point that I should use them as well as I could and give them three months to see if the fitting got better as my gums may mould to the denture - they did'nt and I retuned on the 11th February this year where they atempted (for the last time) another adjustment, this also failed to make any difference.
Oh, And the problem with the denture was that I could'nt eat anything with it in, it would rock from side to side and detatch from the gums ending up rolling around in the mouth even when using a fixative. A total waste of £300+

Be careful about going to ' My Dentist' for any dental treatment as they have put all their prices up and don't inform patients until after they had their treatments. The reasons for not informing patients before hand whether via letter, text messages or word of mouth when you come in for your treatment so you can decide if you want to go ahead with your treatment knowing the cost first is it's on the website. I don't know about you but I don't check the website before I go in for treatment incase they suddenly had a price increase when I had exactly the same treatment every 6 months and when I questioned the staff about it as I didn't have the extra money to pay they couldn't give a stuff. All they said was oh well you had the treatment now and if you don't pay you get a debt letter. No sympathy at all even though they are the ones at fault. No we leave on your account till you can just pay now or we send you a debt letter . If you ask me they are nothing but a bunch of scammers. You have been warned ⚠️

Terrible after care service. Got an infection after an extraction, took ages to get an appointment whilst in pain and wanted to charge me to look at it.....going to a new profession dentist. Total disregard of their duty of care!

I took my daughter for a free dental check-up. The receptionist initially refused to add her to the NHS list. However, the dentist later confirmed she was added and would have a follow-up in 6 months.
When I inquired about the contradictory information, I was met with rudeness from two receptionists who refused to clarify and spoke to me condescendingly.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I strongly advise avoiding this practice.

Oh, and a message to the girls, thank you for the rock with teeth, makes me smile!

My dentist in gorse hill swindon is great the receptionists offer a warm friendly efficient welcome.
My lady dentist is great also friendly and welcoming very knowledgeable and a good communicator this along with a kind gentle treatment takes away any anxiety and it is actually a pleasure to visit she takes great care of my ageing teeth and gums and in case you wonder I am a nhs patient

My dentist made a denture that did not work at all.
I was complaining that my denture was not comfortable but she didn't care. I had to ask for a bag or custody to keep it because she left it on the chair. She was absolutely not professional and rude.

Torquay my dentist Union Street. 10th of May 10.30am
after my appointment with the dentists I went dow stairs to arrange for a follow up treatment appointment. But the male receptionist was offish and rude. He didn't known what I wanted. Then said if you would of given me the blue form I could of seen what you wanted. To which my reply was if you would of asked politely for the form I would of gladly given it to you. To which he rudely passed me on to a colleague. unsatisfactory behaviour from a front line staff member whos primary job is customer service. needs to learn how to what that means.

Great service from My Dentist practice in Carnon Downs today. Friendly and efficient service and very reassuring. I would strongly recommend.

I went to my dentist this morning in Hessle Lincs. a tooth broke a few years ago level with my gum it has been no trouble but last month it kicked off, I got a short appointment for him to have a look and discus how to remove it as it was so low to the gum line I thought it would have to be cut out.
Well he poked it, I jumped, "what can we do" I said, "we can take it out" was his reply after a few injections and some tugging a couple of stitches it's GONE!! no pain, A wonderful job by Mr Sourav.

Booked 2 appointments 3 months in advance for root canal 1 hour each appointment only to be told, they didn’t have either appointments booked in and it would another 5 months for another appointment, I’m sure they are just doing this to NHS patients, trying to push them to private 😖😖😖

Kind, friendly, cheerful staff. My dentist Dr. Amirashkan and nurse Lisa are great. They explain what they are going to do and that helps a lot cause l am afraid of going to dentist. Thanks so much!

I had a crown from these before they changed name yet again (at least 3rd time since I started with this practice Crnhill place Banbury) & just before covid was getting pain in my gum an appointment was made on which they said I needed to see their specialist this was cancelled due to them not being available I had to work in Scotland for a few days where the pain was getting worse & so made an emergency appointment in Glasgow, the morning of the appointment my crown fell out & hey presto no pain
The dentist in Scotland Temporary filled & to this day no issue
Today MY DENTIST sent a text stating my routine check up was now overdue so i went in where they informed me i was no longer registerd on NHS for treatment. So basically they were trying to drum up business by making me pay
All the receptionist was interested in was to archive me
Appalling why contact me at all?

I have been with my dentist in torquay, Union Street for 8 years and I can't believe what they have done to me. I had treatment to replace my crown, it was awful so I made a complaint! Don't trust them, they will do anything not to take responsibility.

One of the worst dental clinic in Sweden. Money oriented and the administration is extremely bad with no knowledge of dentistry. They treat their employees very bad and I blackmail them. Their bosses are mostly with no background in dentistry. I have inside reports about their Örebro and Västerås clinic where their autoclave machine (sterilisation) was not working and and their boss told them to work. In Örebro we have unqualified theive dentist Cedrik. Becareful if you end up at his clinic.

Amazing dentist at Trewirgie Road, Redruth, Cornwall called (Flo) Maria Canedo Gomez. Very thorough,caring, explains everything she is doing. Am now able to smile for photos and feel at ease when visiting the dentist. Best dentist I have ever seen in my life and I'm nearly 66 years old!! Long may Flo continue to provide excellent dentistry treatment to many like myself who have needed intense dentistry work and be recognised for the fantastic service Flo gives on a day to day basis to the public. Thank you so much Flo from Joanne Trerise. Meant to mention the receptionist I spoke to today very pleasant and welcoming.
