If 0 stars was an option, I would choose that. Between the obnoxious video you have to watch with upsells galore, the repetitive phone calls trying to upsell with horrible sales tactics, the recurring payments that I didn't sign up for, I will NEVER recommend this company.
I would give 0 stars if I could. THIS IS A SCAM. Please do not order from them. When I ordered a product (with, after a clear mind and better judgement, it was NEVER going to work), they automatically signed me up for a subscription. I contacted them immediately when I saw the charge and they said it cannot be canceled or refunded, but they are happy to pause the subscription. I'll take the hit for falling for a dumb internet product, but I will NOT settle for this bogus subscription. I am currently battling it out via PayPal to get my money back. Don't do it!!
Totally useless. Over £100 and I have used one at 1/4 of the price that is more effective! I can't feel a thing even on highest setting, the device does absolutely nothing. I have asked for a refund and am getting emails offering alternatives. Don't go there!!
Update. They are now saying I can have a refund if I send it back at my own cost!! UK to USA!! They sent a defective product. Why am I expected to pay for its return?
