I had the misfortune of dealing with…
I had the misfortune of dealing with this unscrupulous company.
I had called 46 pharmacies looking for a pharmacy that had my medication in stock.
When I called MY DIRECT pharmacy they said they had it in stock. I told them I had made over 40 calls and was relieved they had it. After i gave my nhs number they promised to deliver the next day.
Only TWO TABLETS out 30 were delivered!!!!
I called to find out why and once they knew who was calling, the phone line went dead.
7 days on and I still have not heard from MY DIRECT PHARMACY , I have run out of my medicine and i am sure they have charged the NHS for 30 tablets when they issued just Two tablets

Fantastic service cannot fault it👏
Fantastic service 👏, cannot fault the company and everytime i have called and spoke to any staff members they have always been so helpful and accommodating. When i first moved over to my direct Pharmacy, i was getting certain brands of medication from my old pharmacy and forgot to mention in to MDP and when i got the medication I called them and informed them and they got them all changed to the specific brands i required, seriously that is some service. The no hassle of having to chase up your medications and it being delivered at your doorstep on the day of the repeat prescription. Also when the doctors have prescribed me something and have told MDP its super urgent they get to me within a few hours!! So glad i was recommended to these guys and will never look back
