Received single bed, very happy with purchase.

Only 4 stars mainly because the delivery drivers from UCL kept their promise to deliver on the day even though their office tried to cancel earlier in the day. The delivery team drove over 600 miles on my set delivery day arriving at my address at 9.40pm to find their vans brakes were shot and had to be recovered by breakdown above and beyond by those gentlemen.

Bed is as I thought only came yesterday so can’t comment on how comfy as this is for occasional guests. Headboard fixings are cheap and broke straight away buy your own better quality. Hey it was £500 I didn’t expect gold plated fixings. Overall easy to order delivery office not great but outstanding delivery team.

Amazing bed at an amazing price. I got it in cream and it’s absolutely gorgeous. Fast delivery as only took 4 working days to arrive. 10 minutes to put together. I’ve always had a divan bed but this one is the best one I owned. Mattress is comfortable as well. (Memory spring) 100% would recommend. Delivery driver and customer service were very communicative. Driver brought it inside for me because I was on my own and headboard was heavy which was a kind gesture as I didn’t pay for that service. Very pleased.

Delivered on time, driver called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away.

Hadn’t used this company before and was also buying an item unseen but took the plunge because I’d seen other positive reviews and products were well priced with a good choice of fabrics and designs. I need not have worried, my headboard is lovely, great quality and I’m really pleased with the whole experience.

Came within a week. More then happy with service, just slight recommendation of more communication as in received order, in the warehouse, passed on to courier.
However considering I ordered a bed previously and 6 weeks later told would be delivered then cancelled on the day but didn’t inform me! So my Divan Bed was a pleasure to purchase from

Company, great! Customer Service, great! Delivery, great! Fabric samples were easy enough to purchase and beds look gorgeous! My only neg would be that the beds aren't as sturdy as I would have hoped but at the same time, when you aren't paying over £600 for a bed frame, what can one expect. So in that sense, great value for money! Especially with how the modern world works, we change decor more often than ever before and so the frame would easily last 4 to 5 years, or even more. I would recommend this company for sure. Fabric samples were easy enough to purchase and beds look gorgeous!
