Great Company and Pricing
Ordered 2 Large Letter Signs after having a good experience working with Letter Bank a year ago on a smaller sign. Customer service was prompt, pricing was good, and our shipment was packaged very well. If you are looking for a quality Letter sign and great support, Letter Bank couldn't be recommended more.

You Rock Socks!
If I could give my experience 10 stars, I absolutely would!
Joe was incredibly easy to work, and communicate with! He was also extremely patient with me through the ordering process! To top it off, the order came in within a couple of days of me placing the order, which was a pleasant surprise!
The large banners we ordered are beautiful! The colors are perfect, the quality of materials is great, and our design is spot on! Can't wait to show them off at our convention this year!

New track for movable sign
Apparently your eBay listing is all wrong. That's where I found your company. You really need to take a long look at that. Some of the information you gave me such as I had thin letters (thickness of credit card) was excellent. But I was charged maybe $50 for shipping that was less than $20 in a priority box. And I only needed track for 1 side and I think I had to buy new track for both sides.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy, the only issue we had, was we were billed twice. We have not seen the credit yet, but this was just discovered yesterday.
