Honestly one of the worst experiences…
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I’m fairly understanding but over 3 months to get an order with lots of empty promises. It wasn’t until I threatened to report them for fraud did my order suddenly appear.
My recommendation is skip this company and support an Etsy artist. I wish I had. Also their US office is a shell — everything is in Vietnam and the service is worse than you can believe.

If the fact that more than half of these reviews here are one star wasn’t enough to convince you I pray that if my experience can convince at least ONE of you not to go through these guys before you spend your money I will consider that a immense life achievement. To say, I was disappointed with this company is quite frankly the understatement of the millennia. Unfortunately, I impulsively got this because it was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift and I knew for sure it wouldn’t get here till after, but fortunately, my girlfriend is very patient and accepting. The reason this place has such a strict rule on not refunding people is because they know EXACTLY what they are doing and it’s really sad because there’s no way we can get these people shut down. So for context I am an African-American male, and my girlfriend is Hispanic and I explicitly stated that in the description along with the actual picture I submitted to them I checked the lighting on the picture and made sure they reflected exactly everything I said in my description, what’s crazy is I NEVER paid for the preview option but for some reason, they allowed me to preview it, and when I saw the preview of the dolls my expectations were completely shattered and not in a good way. Not only do the dolls not look like us, but They couldn’t even get our skin tones correct. My doll doesn’t look any bit brown and mind you. I’m a fairly darker African-American. There’s no excuse as to why my doll turned out the way it did. And her doll made her look like a Caucasian grandmother with bright red blushing cheeks, and she is more of a tan butterscotch color. My Valentine’s Day would be ruined if I didn’t have a contingency plan I went on Etsy And found somebody much more professional with much more positive reviews charging almost HALF. This person didn’t charge me to even preview the dolls I paid for And the attention to detail with this person is incredibly superb. The only reason I didn’t go through them first is because I started off by googling instead of doing further research on this place they put so much work into their website to make themselves LOOK professional but I promise they’re a bunch of jokes. You see the website and their examples and you think you have something that justifies their incredibly high price but beyond that it just degrades itself and quality and overall customer service do you like most of the other comments here and just go through Etsy I promise one of the first two options you find would be the optimal way. In fact, my dolls from Etsy are going to be here on Friday the 14th and mind you. I ordered these Etsy dolls more than two weeks AFTER I ordered from Mydollfy to go here I am still waiting for the first set of dolls with no arrival date or even a shipping Tracking number. And probably the most crazy detail is both sets of dolls (Etsy and Mydollfy) are BOTH Coming to me from Vietnam. The nice person on Etsy. I’ve been working with has been very communicative and very responsive and told me upfront before they even were shipped that the dolls were coming from Vietnam so it would take a little bit of time meanwhile with Mydollfy They fooled me into believing they were based in Delaware when really I had to find out from the computer generated email that they were also based in Vietnam. So don’t let the fact that the dolls are coming from Vietnam discourage you from going with the person from Etsy I can promise you that person from Etsy is very professional very communicative and is actually pretty meticulous about their work. This company on the other hand Is charging around double the person on Etsy is charging and you would think the extra money is going towards better work and better communication but it’s just going for a bigger headache and a nonrefundable loss. Whenever I get those ugly dolls from this company, the first thing I’m going to do is BURN them. They’re already a liability and an irreversible regret whether I throw them away or lock them away doesn’t matter. I genuinely want to watch them burn before my eyes and only after doing so will I at least feel a little better.

Delayed by 3 months and then had the audacity to offer a 10% discount IF I upload a photo of the dolls on social platforms… that’s a very backward approach. Horrible experience, buyer beware!
I placed an order on January 8, and it’s now March 1st—with no product in sight. Throughout this entire process, I’ve been given the runaround about when my item would ship. I was promised preview photos by specific dates, only for those dates to come and go with nothing. Customer support is nearly impossible to reach, and when I did manage to get a response, I was repeatedly misled. I was even told my order was finished and in quality control, only to later find out it hadn’t even been started. This has been a frustrating, dishonest, and overall horrible experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My honest review. The dolls themselves are cute when I got them. BUT it took 3 months for me to get my dolls. They put them both in the tiniest box possible and messed up the dolls hairs completely. My order took TWO months
I placed an order expecting reasonable delivery, only to be strung along for TWO MONTHS with zero transparency about how long it would actually take. They never told me upfront about delays, they started bread crumbing me a few days after I placed my order saying “high order volumes.” How convenient to mention your inability to keep up with demand AFTER I placed my order and even then not telling me a timeframe. If I had known I would have cancelled before you all started on it.
On top of that, their customer service is terrible. It took two days to get a response every time I contacted them. I spent a lot of money on this item, only for it to arrive way too late. If I had known the real wait time, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
Absolutely awful experience. Avoid this company unless you enjoy being misled and waiting endlessly for something you paid for upfront.

I give My Dollfy 4 stars. It took receiving my dolly a little over a month. I purchased the preview and stand. I had to constantly stay on top of my order and asking the status of my order. They were very responsive and attended my needs and request. The dolly was to my satisfaction however did not receive stand. They refunded me for the stand shorty after I notified them about it.
