Really easy, straight forward service, Will arrives as a Word document to easy to open and print
I went for the Platinum Service. The money was taken very promptly but over a week later I was still waiting for the Will to arrive. It took a telephone call to get things moving. On 17th April I was asked to give this review - on the 23rd April I am still waiting for the Will which I made on the 14th April to arrive.
I had quite a few questions to ask and spoke to Harriet Schofield who was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the form. Very much appreciated and would highly recommend the service.

The process was very clear and easy to follow, even this old fool could complete it
It's so quick and easy to complete, and you can edit and amend as you like. For most people it will be a house car and a gold watch. So this is perfect.
A good service, easy to follow online and the icing on the cake was the ability to call and discuss personal requirements that deviated slightly from the online form. We had the Premium Package which was well worth the extra money as they check the wording and it comes with the wills returned printed and nicely bound. Happily recommend this service.
Very pleased with the instructions and outcome of the will received
An excellent service. Fuss free and very reasonable charges. It's worth taking the trouble to read the notes carefully before committing to the process, if only to save time and subsequent amendments. Overall ; very good.
Looking online there are so many different types but l found this one the easiest to use no messing about
I found completing the will online very easy & at the cost very reasonable. I did have difficulty printing the completed will but they were very helpful in posting it to me anyway. I did manage to sort out the programme for printing it eventually but they were very understanding of my problem. A very cost effective way of getting you're w ill done professionally.
The procedure and all that followed was simple and first class.
I as impressed with the service and the follow up Example when I duplicated the fee in error they contacted me and arranged a refund. I would certainly use it again if needed. D.Harrop
Completing the will was easy, I could put in what I specifically wanted. There was no pressurised selling. /altogether a very satisfying job
I wanted to make a pair of wills quickly at low cost and decided this was my best option. After completing the form I also wanted to make a change so called them up to discuss. I was asked to send the changes in and the completed Wills were sent back to me within 30 mins. The actual mirror wills took 15 mins tops to complete and once completed and paid for they are ready to download and sign. What could be simpler. Excellent service and when you call the staff are great. I would urge anyone who is not sure about making a will to try this, Excellent!
hi, I thought it would really be easy to make my will, but as soon as I'd done it, I remembered some facts that I'd read - i.e. that you can't have a beneficiary as an executor. That is exactly what I did, as I don't know anybody else who could do it for me! Now I realise I have wasted my money, as you just wrote the will exactly as I had filled in the form, without pointing out the mistake. Now I have paid £24.50 just for you sending me a few sheets to print!! That is just ripping people off, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY.
Very easy to use, good value. My whole family have used this service.
Completed the details in around 15 minutes ,would recommend this company
My friend helped me complete my Will on line, as I do not have a computer of my own. The questions were straight forward and the forms easy to complete on line. I chose the Platinum Service which was looked over by the team and they helped me to make a small adjustment to wording of my Will, which I put into place. Peace of mind now and am waiting for the 'bound' copy to be delivered. It was important for me to put my affairs in order. Possibly I can comment more once I have received the completed document, but for the moment I am contented and would advise anyone with any doubt, not to pass by this service which is very reasonably priced, can be done at home, without having to go to and search for a Solicitor or office, which in the past has stopped me from making my Will.
I would use Myeasywill again and again if needed and recommend them to as many people as I could. The whole experience with them has changed my view of dealing with a will from being difficult to being easy and on the whole not the slightest bit stressful at all. So if you are thinking of doing your will online then look no further.
Thanks Myeasywill.
