Never order from this company. I purchased the Elorita's Ceylon Cinnamon Softgels. The product has never been delivered. I contact them to discuss that and confirmed my address. They never delivered that for the second time. The tracking number they provided was fake. I contacted them for refund and I had been told that they can only refund 20% of my money as a gesture of goodwill I contacted my credit cards to dispute the charges. Please stay away from this company as it is here to scam people.

Ordered Elorita Ceylon Cinnamon Gel Caps on July 1, 2026. Here we are now August 6, 2026. It showed it was delivered to my home on July 19, 2026, then showed it was delivered on July 22,2026. Never received it. They cannot seem to keep their lies straight. Also lied about it arriving at the post office 2 different times. Went to the post office with the paper work. Postal clerk caught that when I show him the papers I copied from my messages. Never received it. He entered the weird tracking number. Postal clerk said it was a bad tracking number from China. They took my money, never received my products. Postal clerk said to file a claim. I did with my bank. Cancelled my card so they can't steal anymore money from my account. I seriously doubt this deceitful company will reimburse my account. Will find out next week. I have read reviews from others and they did the same thing to all of them too. Lost almost $80.00. If I could give zero stars, I would. Better Business Bureau needs to put them on their scammer list. The last message I sent to this horrible, crooked company was on July 24, 2026. Never again.
Update on my case today, August 14, 2026. Went to the bank today and spoke with the person in charge of my case. He said that Elorita HAS NOT given me my credit back yet and that the case remains open. He will keep me updated if and when I will be credited back. Please DO NOT order from the crooks at Elorita. They lie to you, say your package was delivered . That is not the case. They steal your money and DO NOT send what you ordered. Marion Falterman
