I am very happy with the product.i like how you can see how much it is generating and how much you are using. The Eddi is easy to read and understand. It is great also having hot water all the time. Even with our poor weather in march it is still generating a good bit of electricity. I would definitely recommend to others.

The eddi is very handy, auto heats the water with excess power and moves auto from tank 1 to tank 2. Also handy to boost the hot water from my phone whenever required.

The myenergi tech seems to be good, though I have not used anything else to be able to compare. After a recent install of a Zappi it highlighted an issue with an v1 Eddi. myenergi have been so very slow to respond to my and my installers enquiries. They stepped up with a solution eventually, thank you. But then there was an issue with the app that only their team could solve. It took over a week and countless calls from the installer to get a response to my ticket. A shame that their customer service seems to be over stretched at the moment. This doesn’t match their supposed place in the market for high quality products.

Apart fromseeing in real time my energy use on the app, the fact that surplus energy is automatically sent to the hot water cylinder is of most vakue
