Completely disappointed in the product and lack of customer Service
Completely disappointed portraits and I ordered 2. T I wrote as soon as I recieved the two sheets with the profile. MY mare has some what of slight darkening toward her muzzle. The print has a irregular line across and dark grey below. Nothing like the photo. I wrote immediately about how disappointed I was with the product and no one has contacted me. I love the idea. I would not recommend this if you have a gray horse. I would be wary of any other horse due to the complete lack of customer service

Still have not received my order!
My order was estimated to arrive earlier last week, and I still have not received it. I emailed customer service and they have yet to get me an update on the status of my order. I was going to purchase other items from the store but now I am not sure.
