One of the worst user experience ever
One of the worst user experience ever, it can take upnto 45 minute to download a single story, all sort of connection problems, and overall complicated. I would not buy it again. Expecially considering the price. What a scam

The ability to record your own…
The ability to record your own recordings was an amazing leap. It's just a shame that they only come with one of each character, per disc.

Complicated to setup
Just got it as a gift and found it incredibly complicated to setup. The instructions say press the pink button to access the bed time routine content(obviously after having paired the device and downloaded the app which is a total pain) I press the pink button and nothing. Ive had to watch already 3 youtube devices to make this work. Not impressed.

Terrible experience
I really want to understand how other reviewers had a good experience with this piece of trash. Restarting, freezing, super slow for any operation… my daughter turned from amazed to fully sad, going to sleep without being able to use her new toy. The content is still “synchronizing” for almost 15 minutes, and far from finishing. Utter crap. I hope I can return it tomorrow.

Don't buy
If I have to register (with an address in Spain or Italy only), get an up, download and install an app on my actual PC desktop and still it doesn't work. Just play something on YouTube this is by far the most over engineered piece of crap I've ever seen. Don't waste your money on this

My characters don't work anymore
My characters don't work anymore. My daughter received 3 new characters and it didn't work and then I tried to connect from the desktop and now the ones don't work anymore. I do not know what to do.

a lumbering activaion process
My children like to listen to Faba music and stories. That's great. What I dislike is the activation process ( I find it a little bit lumbering).
As far sa songs performance, some songs are sung a little bit fast considering that this tolls is designed for kids learning to speak.

To Faba (was another special topic to write to you) — it's a hit! Maybe the best thing we ever got from them. Coccole are amazing songs which I don't know how can be Italian, sounds much ethnic, anyway Mei and Aya both enjoy them greatly and on the repeat. The piano melodies successfully replaced nightly melodies and Alice is a great story indeed (on repeat as well), so, thank you so much.

The only disappointment is to acknowledge that the product is manufactured in China. A Venetian company that develops great smart products based on quality and design should refrain from manufacturing in China. How one can be sure that material used by the manufacturer are not toxic and or harmful? In the end you should avoid to manufacture in China. Reshore your business! Create more and better jobs in Veneto focusing on design quality and sustainable bio-based plastics. We are happy to pay a premium price if you produce in Europe and not in a totalitarian China. Trasnporting from China increases CO2 emissions too. Reshoring your supply chain will enable you to reduce your carbon footprint and will improve your ESG. Ditch the petrol based polymer.
