I paid for my order should of been £8.40 never received my order, then was told they couldn't deliver it so it went back to depot. Where ever I have cameras all around my home and NO ONE came to try and deliver. Then I discovered i have had £53 taken out my bank for the payment . I dont see how an item can change from £8 to £53 needles to say i still haven't received this refund I am in talks with my bank about this and will never buy from here again but will also me telling all my friends about this

There is no match for the price
There is no match for the price, so I was mentally ready to have low quality kitchen towels. However, to my surprise product quality is really good. Although, absorption is slightly compromised due to thickness but it still do the job. Lightly scented makes it table tissues and they really soft.

I didn’t receive the product
I received a message telling me my item was out for delivery, then about 5 days later I got another message saying my order could not be fulfilled and I was getting a refund. Which I find very odd because my mam ordered the same time as me and she received hers straight away.

My order from 3 weeks ago still hasn’t arrived and their customer service is terrible.
So I went ahead and made a new order. It’s just arrived and one big bottle has leaked everywhere over everything. Now I have to deal with customer service AGAIN. At this point I’m just repotting it to my bank and getting my money back through them. It’s much easier.

Although i got a good deal
Although i got a good deal. However, i find the products not great. Very watered down. The room spray- you smell it for a few seconds, the rest of the products multi purpose cleaner, and fabric spray again-didnt find it good, just water and maybe a few drops of scented oil added. Can easily make this myself.

Package arrived soaked which evidently indicated that there had been a leakage. Nothing was resolved after the report. I purchased the baby powder range, which doesn't resemble that scent at all. It smells like baby powder ever so slightly mixed with a strong hair dye.

I bought the pet lovers home pack from…
I bought the pet lovers home pack from tiktok.
When it was delivered it was well packaged although one of the bottles had a small crease in the bottom and some of the solution had leaked out.
I made contact and the issue was dealt with rapidly.
I love the smell of the fabric spray. I foster dogs and the urine destroyer is an absolute god send.
I will never buy another brand again. In fact I have recommended it to the rescue I foster for and quite a few of the other foster carers.
