I was throwing a surprise 50th for my husband at a golf club and thought it would be really funny to have all his friends wear a shirt that says “happy birthday” with my husbands face on it. I started to order it online, but got nervous when I saw all the bad reviews on this site For “myfacegifts”. I reached out to customer support to see if I could get some of my questions answered and my questions were answered immediately! I explained to them that people were stating that the site was a scam and that I was nervous to place an order since I didn’t feel the website was very user-friendly… But customer support helped me through the process and I’m so glad that I ordered the shirts! They came out great and didn’t take long at all to get made and shipped to my house. I would definitely recommend this site and ignore the bad reviews in my experience!

I purchased from these for a friend's hen and stag do and the product didn't arrive within 10-15days when I emailed they suggested it hadn't been processed due to quality control then I explained that I wanted a refunded as it wouldn't arrive on time we are nearly a month on now and no request for money has been agreed even though their website disclaimer explains you will if requested and cancelled within 14 days which I did and also no product.

Horrific! Going through my bank now to reclaim the money!

I would give a negative review if possible. I looked around at a few sites before settling on this one to make an anniversary gift for my gf and I. I should have looked more for reviews from outside sources first. I sent in the source picture and also made the color selections for each person. The model arrived about a month after ordering and it looked good other than the colors being wrong. Our skin tones and eye colors were swapped, making it looking NOTHING like us! Had the colors been correct I would have loved it. We can't even have this out in our room. I contacted them the same night and provided pics of the source, the model, and then them side-by-side. They came back saying they built it based on the colors I selected. I then pulled up my order from their site and color-coded everything to point out that they were still at fault and made a mistake. I provided all the proof needed. It is now almost two months later and I am still going back in forth with Vera. I have said I would like for them to re-make it correctly or please provide me a full refund. This is beyond unacceptable customer service and the worst experience I've ever had. I can't express enough for others to NOT go with this company. THEY made the mistake, I proved it, and they have yet to fix their mistake.

I was looking to get a custom bobblehead made. This company popped up when I first searched on Google, and I was very impressed with the good reviews and pictures on their website. I decided to buy from them because of these and their advertisement of free proofing before shipping. I sent in pictures of myself like they requested and paid around $90. They sent me updated pictures of the bobblehead as it was being made before hair was added and I made some suggestions on how to make it look better. After this, they never sent an updated picture with the hair. Once I received my item, I realized that it did not look anything like me. The hair was not close to what I had submitted in my picture and they did not even add the facial hair that was obvious in all my pictures. My own family thought the bobblehead looked nothing like me. I requested a full refund, but they would only grant me 30% and no more. They are obviously using false advertising on their webpage to convince customers to buy and then not doing quality work. This needs to be investigated and stopped.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a straight scam! I got a bobble head which I paid $100 for and they sent me a broken figure that looked literally nothing like the pictures. I sent in a girl and they sent me back a Man’s face with long hair...with the WRONG COLOR HAIR on top of that.

When I emailed them about my issues they tried to tell me to use super glue on the broken pieces and at first tried to not refund me anything. I told them I didn’t even want a full refund but felt either 50% or a remake of the product was fair. After fighting back and forth a month, they said the best they can do is 20% refund. I don’t feel like it’s right to pay $80 for an incorrect broken product that I had to just throw away.

Save your money and use another company! Worst product...worst customer service!

Horrible! I paid for VIP service which means my bobblehead was suppose to ship in 3 days. After 30 days I finally contacted Pay Pal and created a dispute and POOF the next day I got an email saying it shipped. Um, I never even got to proof it. I did receive it and guess what? It looked nothing like the picture I sent. Color of hair was totally wrong, the entire face was not even close and the cat in the picture looked like a disfigured pig on the doll. Guess what Pay Pay won't help you but will continue to do business with them, although people keep filing disputes. I blame Pay Pal too for this for continuing to do business will a well known fraudulent company

I placed an order on December 9th 2019 for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend’s sister who is a doctor. Since it was close to the holidays I wasn’t expecting it to arrive before Christmas. But my product didn’t arrive until yesterday January 15th 2020. On top of that my product was not as described. I submitted 2 pictures for a custom bobble head and the product did not resemble the pictures in the slightest. Customer support was of no help. Do not give these people your money. There are better alternatives. Definitely do not recommend.

The actual product turned out well, but I ordered it in August with expedited shipping. I only actually got it after me reaching out to them multiple times in mid-NOVEMBER. They refunded the expedited shipping fee, but since I paid for it initially since I needed the item quickly, it was really no consolation. Very frustrating experience and I would never use them again.

Please do not waste your money on this “service”. Very soon after ordering I was sent a picture of the molding based off my personal photo. I raised concerns that the skin color was significantly different then the person being caricatured. They said they could not adjust skin tone and refused to cancel my order. Even worse, after receiving this piece of crap, I should note that the fade style haircut of reality is cut more like a shag on this doll and that the doll broke the first day we received it.

I ordered a product for a birthday in May. It is now September and I still have not received the product. I have had to constantly chase them for updates. I was told on the 22nd May that the order will be shipped soon and would take 10 -15 days. I followed up in June as I had still not received anything to which I was told over the holidays their production time may vary, they also mentioned that several changes would add time, I had not requested any changes. Back in May i had asked them how long a change would take and if it would impact the delivery date to NOT do any changes.
They continued with updates telling me it would be delivered early July and supplied me with a tracking website called YunTrack and told me it would be delivered by Royal Mail.
I was informed by them after chasing again in July that the order had attempted delivery, if Royal Mail attempt a delivery they supply an "attempted delivery" card - I was not supplied with this and was only made aware that they had attempted delivery by MyFaceGifts late July. I have again been chasing all through August to rearrange delivery and have been told this week 12/09/19 that the Shipping Company has destroyed my order and they will not offer a refund.

DO NOT trust this company I believe they have been creating delays to push past a refund clause and this is a TOTAL scam

I believe it is actually a scam!!

I ordered my item and after 4 weeks..... nothing.

I contacted them and they told me it was still being ‘processed’. So at this point it should have been made, posted and arrived already.

They then promised to send it to me within the next 3 days...still nothing.

Then they said to wait another week....still nothing.

What I did notice was that it was getting very close to the time limit for getting a refund through PayPal. So I started to believe they were knocking me back so that I couldn't get a refund.
So I contacted them though PayPal and asked for a refund. They messaged me telling me to close the dispute as they had already posted it and upgraded me to first class.

I’d had enough by this stage and opened a dispute with PayPal. I was refunded within a day.

Thank goodness for PayPal because here I am 3 months later after they had supposedly already posted it and guess what.....nothing.

Do not buy from this company! You’ll just get scammed out of your money and for me that was would have been £65.
