My company offer this service. I am trying to navigate childcare options after paternity leave. The website looks good but navigating to the solutions proposed is painful. It appears to be a middle-man type of service. I ended up going to the nursery directly as claims made didn’t materialise (confirmed in correspondence with the Helpdesk). I have not tried emergency childcare yet so unable to comment.
