Wrong product received

I received the wrong product (a cheaper brand) than what I had ordered. I sent an email stating there was something wrong with my order and attached a photo but have heard nothing since.

Considering when it was delivered, it was apparently left in a ‘safe place’ of an enclosed porch (dear reader, we have no enclosed porch), it was left at the front door in a plant pot. Go figure.

Very satisfied with all the products I purchased, I highly recommend them😍
