Hope they get better in future
Ordered a costume online. Lost first star because it turned out they didn't have my item in stock. That should have been caught before I paid as part of a stock management system. Lost second star because instead of emailing and/or cancelling immediately they phoned me to ask me what to do, interrupting me at work. Online sales communication should primarily stick to online channels. Finally, they lost the 3rd star when they signed me up to their mailing list without permission. GDPR has been in place to prohibit this sort of thing since 2018
In general they were polite and relatively quick to sort the problem out. This suggests that once they learn the ropes and fix up their stock tracking they have potential to become a good online seller in the future.
