Very dodgy, avoid

I’ve had an exhausting experience with this company and felt I should warn others.

I have a collection of Inuikki winter boots which I absolutely love. I’ve always purchased them directly from Inuikki but found MyfashionTribu and was happy to learn I could buy them direct from a UK retailer.

I received my boots in a totally crushed Inuikki box in a plastic shipping bag. When I have shopped from Inuikki direct they have always sent their shoe box beautifully packed within a box so it arrives in lovely condition. I do keep my shoe boxes so this was disappointing considering the cost of the boots.

When I took the boots out, I immediately thought I had been sent counterfeit Inuikkis. Compared to an identical pair I had, the colours, shape and size was different and the stitching and overall quality horrible. I reached out to My Fashion Tribu by email and said I found the boots questionable and wished to return them.

The next day I got a curt reply from them insisting them were real Inuikkis so I said I was happy to send photos to demonstrate my concerns and attached them. They replied with “I can’t see the photos and the boots are real.” All I wanted to do was return them at this stage so I pressed for the return address again. They replied with “I already gave you the return address” followed by their address. Perhaps I missed the return address (I don’t think so though) but nonetheless what a way to address a customer?!

The next morning I returned the boots and now, two weeks later, am still awaiting my refund. I have been chasing them over the past few days asking when I can expect my refund and they responded asking me to confirm their return address!?? I don’t know what the hell they are trying to insinuate with that response? I guess I will have to chase this via my bank.

Avoid avoid avoid. I find it strange that I’m the first person to have ever left a review for an online store which has apparently been operating for many years. Everything about this store is questionable and unprofessional and their customer service is RUDE!
