All Talk

I couldn't ever get a hold of them whenever I tried to call these past few weeks. They put a bunch of apps in and it caused my computer to run slower and things were not working as they were suppose to be. I couldn't even fill out applications because of all the stuff they placed in my laptop. I had most of it removed and now I can fill out applications, etc. and my laptop is somewhat up to speed now. My Fast PC yet continues to take money out of my acct.even though I can not get through to them whatsoever. I had to change my debit account. Started becoming unsatisfied as time went by. It wasn't like this at first. They were helpful in the beginning then things started to change. Now I can no longer reach them no matter what I do yet they will still continue to take my money......

bad no help

they promised they could help but all it was make my pc move slower. husband still can't get into yahoo mail which he needs for work purposes they did not fix the problem.

Somewhat Satisfied

My E-mail problem was solved by Time Warner. I had asked that my
computer be scanned for problems, because something is making it
very, very, slow. Nothing has changed in that regard.

All techs were very helpful.

What a great bunch of consultains willing to take the time to help a NON Computer person through the process of getting my computer back on line and working correctly. Walking me step by step through the fix. Helping to give me a better understanding of how and why fixing the computer was so important. As a Mac user it can be very difficult to except the fact that your computer has been invaded by Malware. I'm older and new to the world of computers. Fantastic!!

Kenny and Brandon were awesome! They cleaned up my old computer and it has never run better! I was a little leery at first, but they reassured me, showed me their written guarantee and I fell very safe with the results. They even called me back to walk through what had been done!!

Cleaning report

Procedure went pretty well. Only problem is that all of my Word documents refuse to open, or open to a blank page! Over 1000 documents affected. Discovered I could "Choose All" and assign a font ID and a few will open. Trouble is: How can I change all 1000 without having to do so individually. I'm sure there is some simple solution, but it has not yet been provided to me. Requested advice. None received yet.
For the cost of this service I expect more, or else a refund so I may find someone who will fix this.

Scam?

I wish I had read the reviews before giving these people any money.
They have done nothing except tell me they would "call back" to help with a problem since the first month I joined.
I cancelled and also asked for 12 month of my money back for none delivery of services. The tech couldn't/wouldn't process a refund but assured me the supervisor would call me back in the morning.
That was 2+ months ago. Still no call back..

Amazing company!

I was having some many hackers sending me ads on my computer until I contacted My Fast PC. The Technician, Jason, was so extremely helpful and courteous. He assessed all my needs and was extremely calm and confident. He should get a raise! Thanks Jason :)

My Fast PC Experience

I felt that the man, Jason, who led me through a maze of misunderstandings with my computer, was able to quell the demons inside. my box and saved my computer from the junkyard. He was helpful and and kind and I would be hard pressed to say anything negative about my experience with him.
He was kind and supportive and answered my sophomoric questions without making me feel embarrassed, He needs a raise! thank you!

My Fast PC Experience

this was a first time experience of dealing with computer service that honestly identified the problems and security issues. My prior experiences had been with the heavy accent folks that cause the problems and then imbed duplicate malware to prove their need. Happy to have honest help in these shark infested areas.

It was interesting watching the cleanup process going on as well as the speed with which it was being conducted. While I haven't had time to use
