This company have taken 29.90 out of my account without my permission. I do not remember putting details in of my bank account. Thieves!!
This company attempted to take £29.20 out of my account without my permission. Thankfully they were unsuccessful. Never heard of this company before. Disgusting that they tried to take money out of my account, absolute clowns.
They have taken money out of my account without my knowledge or permission
I was applying for a loan with a company and apparently during the process I supposedly ticked a box accepting Myfinancepals service. I have no recollection of doing this and did not agree to them having my bank details. Days later they took money off my account. They wouldn't reply to emails or to their internet service request form so I called. Extremely rude people. I do not believe what they are doing is legal, they gave no opportunity not to take up the service, sent no details of what service it was they were offering really don't make communication with you so you don't even know they are going to charge you. The clarification they gave was that I ticked a box somewhere on an application form and they post there info on over 200 loan sites so they are getting your personal information (and bank details) without you even applying to them directly.
