Scam company. I ordered a luxury box in September 2025. Paid the extra to have it upgraded. We are now midway through march 2026 and no package has been sent. Customer support take weeks to respond and only say “oh, it must have gotten lost in the mail, we will send a new one”, and nothing else happens. Avoid this company.
