My representative, Cece, I have is truly amazing and goes above and beyond. She made me feel entirely comfortable with going through with this and didn’t have a nasty demeanor when I wasn’t sure about it and was scared to continue. She answered all my questions and was always available and patient when I had any more to ask. I Spoke to other representatives from other companies and never went through because of the representative and feeling rush to make a decision. She is truly amazing at what she does and I will be calling her if I have anything else to ask.

Samuel Brown was outstanding and that doesn't even fit how wonderful of a man he was he took my call even though I was very fearful of doing anything like this in eased my fears with his honesty his professionalism and just it was wonderful it was a very wonderful experience and anybody that needs any kind of help with their credit please you should call Sam

There are a lot of suggestions on this site that I am going to ignore. First, I have been under a huge amount of stress— as all of us have when we find ourselves unable to live on our salary. Lots of reasons for that now. The representative that I worked with was kind, patient and non-judgemental. I asked lots of questions, took a lot of time to review and think about my options. I was never pressured and never felt that she was impatient or dismissive.
