Fraud and Fake Product Marketing

They are doing fraud within the company. Every product that is going to be available is not available they fool customers that they have a chance at buying one of their hats and when the time comes the size isn’t even available 1 second after the product is loaded onto the website. I suggest to not buy from them, very poor customer service too even though email. Email them and they say they don’t have sufficient information about any question you ask them

Hopefully you don’t get sent the wrong hat

Was happy until they sent the wrong hat. They ask you to send pictures of the wrong hat and then don’t respond. I literally emailed them 5 times and they didn’t respond once as if I’m just going to go away. I’ll leave reviews wherever so that they finally do something as simple as reply to an email. These dudes are supreme jerkoffs! Horrible way to treat customers when it’s clearly their mistake.

Got Scammed.

I recently ordered a hat and received the wrong item. I emailed them and they responded telling me to send pictures and an order # after that I never heard from them again. Been over a month and I’m stuck with a hat I did not order, mind you I waited MONTHS because it was a pre order. All that waiting for the wrong hat and no solution. I just want a refund or the hat I paid for. Been trying to contact them on Instagram and email and won’t get a response.

They have a very good selection of hats and at a good price but my hat was supposed to come in in 2-3 days and it has been over half a week and it still hasn’t been shipped to me if it had came in the right time it would be a 5/5

Crappy business

Crappy business. I would not trust them at all. If you are sent the wrong product or a manufacturer defective product they basically laugh and say screw you. Too bad PayPal/my bank says otherwise and will do a chargeback against them. BUYER BEWARE!

Awful experience and they don’t care…

Awful experience and they don’t care there like a bunch of communist, if they mess up ur order ur out of luck,cause they have no customer service and no telephone number so u can only contact them though email or on social media witch they don’t answer, I bought a 60 dollar hat from them and it was a size 7 1/2 but it was so small it wouldn’t fit it like a 7 1/4 and the right next to the side patch had a tear in it I even left pictures and they didn’t answer me or even try to answer me but when I used my buddies account to ask them about a hat they had for sale they responded immediately!! There frauds and it’s really messed up since I’ve bought a few times from there without issue but the first time I do have an issue they don’t respond they ignore the customer!! It’s ok they won’t last long and I disputed the charge and my bank took care of it. I’ve previously heard horror stories about this place but never had a problem and now I see what there all about!! They clearly only give a crap about making a sale and nothing more even in a damn pandemic smfh fraud savages!!
