I am so so so very sad that I ordered through this online site. I paid extra to deliver on a fixed time and it did not happen , first said the area problem then phone number wasn’t accepting calls. I ordered 25 Red roses, ended up sending 3 different kind of roses, then what was the purpose of the order of 25 RED ROSES??? I paid 1375 rupee solely for the roses!!!!! So sad and disappointing services. Poor time management and poor customer service. Not even responding when called the given number.

Don’t order cake from these people. Don’t waste your money. Very poor response and poor customer service.

It is very disappointing and too poor service .i wish if i could give 0 ratings. They are just not responding to any call after delivering the cheap product . I ordered something and got disappointed so never ever trust these people. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If there was a zero star option, that's what I would do. Absolute SCAM! BEWARE. We made a mistake not reading reviews before. They are incredibly QUICK to respond and give you the "service" to have you order things and then send you a tracking link - looks legit up till now. Then things go wrong. They send an unprofessionally written email asking for a contact number and then nothing again. They ask you for a time of delivery, it does not reach. It says on their site, 10AM-7PM delivery - guess what? It does not reach. Their number, message, email - NO RESPONSE. BEWARE.

I had one of the worst online shopping experiences with myflowergift.com. I placed an order and made the full payment in advance, but the item was never delivered. Despite several follow-ups through email and phone, the company stopped responding and refused to refund my money. Please do not place any orders with myflowergift.com. It appears to be a scam site, and you’ll likely lose your money just as I did.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your delivery service. I had ordered flowers, but instead of the flowers, I received chocolates. This change was made without informing me in advance, which is completely unacceptable.

I placed my order expecting timely and accurate delivery, but receiving the wrong item caused inconvenience and disappointment. Such service is not acceptable from a professional company.

I request you to look into this issue and arrange to deliver the correct order (flowers) as soon as possible, or process a refund if the item cannot be replaced.

I hope you will take the necessary action to ensure this does not happen again.

There should be option for No-Star. Worst service ever. We ordered an cake for delivery and they missed it and when contacted they are not available at all. There should be some regulations to penalize these companies. I should have reviewed this before ordering. I see lots of dissatisfied customers.

I’m really disappointed with my recent online order. The item I received was nothing like what was advertised. It arrived late. The quality is far below expectations — it looks cheap and feels flimsy.
To make matters worse, customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond. I tried reaching out multiple times for a replacement or refund, but I’ve received no proper resolution.

Worst and most fake website ever! I ordered a flower bunch, one doll, and a chocolate box — but they sent me completely different items. The doll was missing, and the chocolates were not even close to what was shown. They show one thing in pictures and send something totally cheap and useless. This is a total scam! Their service is pathetic, and they don’t care about customers at all. Never trust My Flower Gift — it’s a fake and fraud website. Don’t waste your money here!

I paid extra for a fixed time delivery.. They said they will do it for sure. If i see these previous reviews i wouldnt have paid them money. Now no delivery, and no response... They are frauds. I will complaint to the consumer court. They should not be encouraged anymore..

Honestly, I wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a cake and they promised delivery, but it never showed up. When I reached out, they completely ghosted me — no replies to calls or texts.
I asked for a refund and it’s been over 10 days now… still nothing. No cake, no money, no communication. Totally unprofessional and such a waste of time.
If you’re thinking about ordering from them — don’t. There are plenty of other cake shops that actually deliver what they promise and treat their customers with respect.

Scam!!!!!!!!! Flowers received were no better than petrol station and they unknowingly sign u up to a subscription and take money out of your account. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

Very bad service. After confirming the order and receiving payment, asking extra money for delivery later. Not delivering and also not ready to refund the money.

Fake website, only to take order and collect the money. No delivery and no response from them

Same like others i have been also trapped by this Fraud company, Without acknowledging me they have cancelled my order and they eat my money. I.have done a plenty of emails but they are very arrogant. I have filed case against the company. I hope this company will close soon because of their fraud business.

Please be cautious — this company is a scam. They deliver poor service and do not provide the correct items. I was charged ₹3,500 for an item worth only ₹700.

They appear to be operating a scam. After I placed an order for a cake worth Rs. 2000 and made the payment, the item was never delivered. Furthermore, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls, and later demanded additional money under the pretence of delivery charges. Despite this, nothing was delivered.

Please stay alert and avoid any dealings with them

They are not trustworthy and should be treated with caution.
