Do not use this company.

Do not use this company.
The flowers you order, look nothing like the advertised photos.
So disappointing and embarrassing to have sent this as a gift to someone.
Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. This was my first order and will certainly be my last.

I placed an order for a flower bouquet…

I placed an order for a flower bouquet for my friend’s daughter’s wedding day. The provider falsely marked the order as completed, but nothing was delivered. They advertise live chat and WhatsApp support, but these are only for taking orders – once payment is made, they provide no help or updates.
When I tried to call the given number, the lady who answered was extremely rude and arrogant, even shouting at me instead of resolving the issue.
This is a complete fraud. They ruin important occasions, cheat customers, and show zero professionalism. Do not trust or waste your money with this provider.

Never ordering from this site again

Never ordering from this site again! 😡 I placed my order a whole month in advance, and guess what? On the DAY of delivery, they tell me my address is “out of town” and demand extra money. And if you try to cancel, their policy is so tricky — you have to cancel 24 hrs before. Obviously, they know you’ll be stuck and forced to pay.

And to top it off, the cake I ordered (premium butterscotch) was replaced with a cheap black forest cake. Totally unprofessional and disappointing.

I’ll never recommend this site to anyone. Better to trust your local bakery — at least you’ll get the right item on time, without getting fooled

I had a very bad experience with MyFlowerGift (Order #1100123708)

I ordered from MyFlowerGift (Order #1100123708) and had a very poor experience.
They accepted my payment (₹2,383) plus an additional ₹300 delivery fee, even though my delivery address and PIN code were given in advance. After receiving the money, they told me that delivery was not possible.
When I asked for a refund, they refused and instead issued a “credit voucher” with heavy restrictions (one-time use, limited validity, exclusions during major occasions). This is unfair because no service was provided.
Their support was also unresponsive — I tried calling and messaging many times before getting vague replies.
This is not how a professional gifting service should operate. Customers should be informed of delivery limitations before payment, and refunds should be given if the order cannot be fulfilled.
I do not recommend this service.

They haven’t delivered the ordered…

They haven’t delivered the ordered cake. I have ordered a 1kg cake (Rs.1,800), but they delivered a small cake of different flavor and size. Also, not complied the message I have given and the fixed time. Customer care also not friendly and not ready to hear our concerns. Overall very bad experience

Unethical and unprofessional teams

I done several negative reviewes in the myflowergifts website.But none approved/posted here in myflowergift's testimonials..That website is managed by some unseen frauds,i think so.This is as per my personal experience.Totally unable to contact them,except email and in email we r getting delayed replies,by that time our special occassion will be over already.They are spoilers of our special occassions.They are not professional at all.They informed me via email that The ordered items are not available and can replace with another one.I requested for cancel the order and return the money.They did not given the money back. delivered No integrity,not keeping promises.

Fake website and SCAM.
I had oredered cake.Made the payment.

Didnot receive the items.

No response for whatapp/emails even for direct calls.Not even picking the calls and not replying to chats/emails
I belive these people never exist.

Very disappointing experience!

Very disappointing experience!
I had one of the worst experiences with this website. I placed a midnight delivery order as a birthday surprise for my friend. Before placing the order, I specifically asked if same-day midnight delivery was possible, and they assured me 100% that it was. But the order was delivered the next evening, completely ruining the surprise.
To make things worse, the product quality was also very poor and not as expected.
Would not recommend this service to anyone looking for timely or reliable delivery.

Fraud and unprofessional

It is really a frustrating situation with this (My flower gift )business because this people don’t have professionalism with the order as Dey have pissed off with this delivery after so many messages and emails. The thing happen is I ordered 3 gifts i.e 1 kg of chocolate cake of worth rupees 2246 rupees, 1 Sula Red wine bottle I ordered is worth of rupees 3500 rupees and 20 roses flowers bouquet of worth rupees 1150 rupees and extra delivery charges so altogether I paid 7296 rupees for all this order and I tried to pay first only for cake that 2246 but Der was a issue with the transaction so they gave me link to do payment so after doing all payment they disappeared .dat money also Dey have not given to me .so all together I paid 9942 only for this 3 items .they have given 1 number that number also not receiving by anybody so it was really frustrating .after waiting and calling and messaging for 3 hours we didn’t get any reply and the day is over .so at the night Dey are messaging us saying delivery boy doesn’t get your address properly so we could not do it now and will send you back tomorrow . The day of my sister birthday is on25 th July then y should we want that delivery on the next day .
So after so many calls and messaging They didn’t reply back so got frustrated so I was taking update but they were saying contact support desk That also not giving proper response time .after frustrating me so much they are expecting me to talk them properly so I gave a bad word considering it’s a fraud.
Now the thing is I already complain to crime branch and other resources for making such type of fraud they have delivered the order today .but order is not proper still the wine bottle which I order is not the same . I don’t trust this gift now as it can be dangerous as some of the person said to me something else that they are blaming me for saying bad words . Please everyone I. Am saying to you all people here on media don’t entertain such fake sites anymore .Its not good .I am giving a very bad because of this issue.
Kindly understand my feeling . Can anybody suggest me what we can do to get my refund with this fraud business and tel people not to use such website. Please 🙏

They Ruined My Celebration—Don’t Let Them Ruin Yours

If you're considering ordering from this website—don't. I regret every moment I spent placing my order.

They promise beautiful gifts, timely delivery, and high-quality products. What you actually get is a pile of disappointment disguised as a delivery. The fruit basket was literally stuffed into a plastic bag, and the cake looked like it came from a roadside shop. Nothing matched the photos, and the quality was disgraceful.

But the real scam? After payment, they vanish. No replies, no help, no respect. Just silence. They play with people's emotions and take advantage of important occasions. It’s not just bad service—it’s outright fraud wrapped in glossy fake promises.

I am writing to express my concern…

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent order placed through your portal. Unfortunately, the delivery did not meet expectations, as several items were missing. Despite multiple attempts to contact your support team via phone calls, I have not received any response.

Moreover, when I did manage to speak with a representative, I encountered unprofessional and discourteous behavior, with no acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter, including the delivery of the missing items and a formal apology for the service shortcomings.
