I ordered a medium graduation bouquet for my daughter’s graduation, and what arrived was completely unacceptable. The bouquet contained just 14 individual stems, looked tiny, cheap, and nothing like what I expected for the price. To make things worse, the colours were completely wrong and did not match what I had ordered or expected. It was embarrassing to give on such a special day.

I contacted the company immediately, explained my concerns, and provided clear photos showing exactly what I had received. Despite the evidence, they refused to offer a refund or take any responsibility. The customer service was just as disappointing as the product.

The bouquet was poor quality, the colours were incorrect, the size was nowhere near what I expected for a medium bouquet, and the company showed no interest in resolving the issue. I feel completely let down and would strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere.

Great & fast service also a huge selection to choose from from flowers to little gifts and many more

Do not order. I made my first order which is through a subscription (things was okay) but it is impossible to cancel this subscription.

You cannot cancel going forward if a delivery is being dealt with and as my second was delayed and never arrived in the end, I was charges for a third order with no way to cancel until that is delivered! No acknowledgement of my missing parcel or apology.

I bought a same day delivery for a 18th Birthday present. At roughly 1am on Friday 10th July. An email was sent at 9am saying there wasn't the flowers I selected but they would send flowers anyway unless I responded otherwise with the hour. By 6pm, no delivery of flowers.
I sent an email requesting a refund as the flowers were not delivered as I paid for. No response.
I would not recommend this service.

My daughter ordered a bouquet in a box to be delivered for my birthday, they arrived on time, i would estimate the cost of the fliwers to be around £30, having checked my daughters bank account she had been charged £87.99, extremely overpriced. When my daughter questioned the costs the breakdown was flowers £69.50 the rest £15 delivery, £4.99 for someyhing called without reason, service fee £1.99.
My daughter has learning difficulties and wanted to send me a surprise whuch was lovely but very overpriced.

I had a truly wonderful experience with MyFlowers.

The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, fresh, and exactly as I had hoped. The flowers looked stunning and were clearly prepared with great care.

What impressed me the most, however, was the customer service team. They didn't make me feel like I was simply talking to customer support—they made me feel like I was talking to genuine friends who truly cared about my order and my experience.

It is rare to find a company where the service feels so personal and sincere. My heartfelt thanks to the entire MyFlowers team for going above and beyond.

Scammers , do not use this company.

Ordered flowers for same day delivery and paid. Recieved a phone call 2 mins later saying they cant deliver so will when they can. I refused and asked for a refund and 2 weeks of waiting they are ignoring my emails, calls and whats app.

I received an order today that wasn't for me. I tried umpteen times to get help from this company so I could get the flowers to the correct address as the address had been torn off the box.
I spent my own time hunting for the right recipient with no help whatsoever from Myflowers. Do not waste your money with this company.

Be careful. There is a Myflowers and a MyFlowers.
The first ones are dreadful

After agreeing on a date and time, the flowers were not delivered. Initially, I recieved a phone call that they will not be delivered and then they did not get delivered on the second agreed time.
