I should have known better. Any company whom doesn't offer a phone number to talk to a live person for customer service purposes usually has something to hide. In this case they don't deliver. I ordered one these pos beds from this pos company on October 25th. They stated that I would receive it in 4 to 10 days. It's now 11 and the tracking hasn't moved since day 1. I emailed them several times
And received the same response that I shouldn't worry and they are monitoring the situation. The only thing they're monitoring is the money they're stealing from pet owners. The biggest tip off of this company is the tracking they supply. Same message for 12 days.The package hasn't moved since day 1. Since when does USPS post that they're waiting. I'll tell you when. When they don't have the package because it's coming from another country. You think this scam company would tell us where they are located? Not this one.Next: They offered a deal on the internet that was supposed to be for $36.00. Without me knowing they hit me for $44 with the excuse that it was due to the size of the bed. I played the fool but they are going to learn the hard way that they screwed with the wrong person. I am only just beginning.

Bait and switch, false advertising.

Ordered two beds for my dogs and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Once they arrived I realized I was duped. The beds on the website are shown to be large and thick. When they showed up they were small and thin. The only way these beds can be made suitable is by placing them ON TOP of another bed.

When I made the payment to "MyFluffyfriend" my bank immediately sent me a notice asking me if my purchase was legit. I should of cancelled the order right at that moment.

Absolute rubbish company. I believe it originates from China but posing as English/European. Dog bed I ordered was awful. Not a hope of returning it. Got 30% refund and took the bed to charity shop.

Ordered a dog product from them and it was absolutely dreadful. Not at all like the description so attempted to return it, only to be told the return address was in China!! Considering the item was shipped from a warehouse in the uk, this is bordering on the fraudulent. Closer look at the website reveals no address or phone numbers. Their T+C's even state that they are not responsible for the accuracy of the content on their OWN website. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

I thought I would wait and get some use out this before rating - I received this a month and half ago.
First off was not happy at the money spent vers quality, the product is the same as Bath Mat materials. the XXlg bed was not deep and luxurious as the pictures show. It says machine washable, thinking you could Unzip it and wash, but no, unless you have an XL machine - you're going to the laundroMat.
The Blanket was definitely overpriced!! it s equitant to a bath mat!! it s matted and nasty looking now after a few washes. Very Very disappointed. The web site is VERY misleading.
I wish I could get some money back, but this is a lesson learned.

Waited weeks for this super thin small bed. Very disappointed with the quality. It’s so thin and flat with a little cushion in the middle. Don’t purchase unless you have a super small dog. NOT for big dogs.

The bed is not bad. Thinner than expected, but my plans were for it to be on top of another bed.
As others, my dog had a blast when it first arrived playing with it like it was a toy.
All in all not a bad bed for the price.

Size Large is very small, it may be big enough for my cat. Waited weeks for shipping and very disappointed.

Easy to order, affordable, delivery as expected with in the timescale and my Molly seems very comfortable.

Other than how it was shipped (there was nothing to protect the product from being cut when opening), so far, so good. I love the apricot color and my pup is resting on it as I type. Hoping it relieves some of her anxiety when I'm at work. Very nice product.

I noticed the ad for the gorgeous Anxiety Relieving bed and it sounded and looked just what my ‘anxious’ Daisy needed. Daisy is a rescue and can be really nervous. Well she just loved her new bed - she is the picture of tranquility in it. I’d recommend to anyone with a fluffy friend.

My three Labradors each have one and they love them. It supports the hips and they curl right up and snuggle the beds. We call them the Lab nest. Great investment and machine washable on a gentle cycle.

We weren’t sure if the dogs would like them when we ordered them. Especially based on the very good price. But our two boxes love them and lay on them now and I forgotten about the more expensive ones we bought. It’s been a great product for us.

My two toy shi-tzus were so excited with their new bed. At first they thought it might be a toy but soon settled in and love there is enough room to sleep together.

My dog loves his bed! It did not take long to receive the bed and it looks nicer than most of the ones you find in the store.

Besides being a great product, their customer service is great too. I wasn't advised my order of two items would be shipped separately, the second arriving about 5 days after the first. I contacted customer service about only receiving one item, they replied within a few days and clarified the matter.

I am absolutely shocked. Terrible quality, the fabric it is made out of is transparent, that's how thin and flimsy it is. I've had the item for two days, the filling is coming out of it already. It says it can be washed, there is absolutely no way this product would even withstand one wash in the washing machine. Absolute waste of money.

Good quality dog bed, carefully packaged with washing instructions. Item as described.

Easy to order, we ordered the large dog bed in grey but theres a good selection of sizes and colours, it also arrived sooner than expected
