Good for national shipment only. But unreliable for international ones. My shipment came back to departure with no explanations and no refund (270 EUR). I am still trying to get it back after more than 2 months, unsuccessfully. I would not recommend using their services.
After two failed attempts to ship our box from France to Qatar, not only was our box of personal belongings returned to France, but we also lost €260, which the company has refused to reimburse.
Our first scheduled pickup on January 8 never happened. The same thing occurred on January 9. The box was finally collected on January 12 and supposedly shipped to Qatar. However, for unexplained reasons, the shipment never made it past Germany and was eventually sent back to its original location.
As a result, we lost both time and money, and the company showed zero accountability or concern. They simply pocket your payment, no small amount, without delivering the service you paid for.
Despite their customer support following up and being responsive, it was still an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating to have to explain without any understanding throughout the process.
I would strongly advise against using this company if you value reliability, transparency, or basic customer care.
