Title: Hidden Overcharges and Terrible Support – Be Careful

I purchased a 50K evaluation account where the checkout page showed a discounted total of $104 USD, but my credit card was secretly charged the full price of $209 USD instead. When I checked my bank statement and reached out to support, they refused to issue a refund or even provide a discount code for a future account because I missed their strict 14-day policy window. Showing one price at checkout and charging another is completely misleading. It feels like daylight robbery when a company takes extra money without authorization and hides behind a rigid policy instead of fixing their billing error.If they aren't going to honor the price shown at checkout or help loyal traders out with a simple discount code for future accounts, how can anyone trust this platform? Save your money and look for a more transparent prop firm.

– Refund Required Immediately

I purchased an evaluation account, and at checkout, the system displayed a discounted price of $104 USD. Trusting your platform, I completed the payment with my credit card—only to discover later that you deducted $209 USD from my account instead.

As a big company in this industry, taking extra money without permission from a retail trader is completely wrong. When I contacted support, your team essentially acknowledged the overcharge but hid behind a "14-day policy" rule to refuse my refund.

You taught me your rules, so now let me share mine:

I am giving you 90 days to refund the $105 USD that was wrongly deducted from my card. I have all the documentation, bank statements, and proof of this billing issue. If this amount is not returned to my account within 90 days, I will submit a formal complaint with the Swiss police and pursue legal action to recover my funds.

I am not asking for anything extra—I simply want my money back. Process my refund immediately.

Amazing propfirm!
I got my payouts approved in 7 seconds and money on my Rise account in 5 minutes!
