Close market when it's supposed to be open

They close their gold market for thanksgiving (27/11/25- Thursday) when the market is supposed to be open. Other broker have their market open like usual so it suprise me. They only post the annoucment on discord when I don't even use discord. I only know this happen on D-day when they close their gold market when I already put swing trade order the day before. Now i have to deal with gap risk which was NOT supposed to be there.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but holiday trading hours were sent out by email and also posted all over Social media for customers to see. There was also a global outage with CME where Gold prices were halted. We also sent emails out regarding this notifying our customers. Other Brokers and Platforms all had the same issue world wide. Please remove the false review. We thank you for being a valued customer and have a great day.

They do not like profitable trader. I do not recommend Seacrest Markets

I worked with this company as a MyfundedFX and did payout as well. And they changed their company name for Seacrest Markets. I can log in and see my payout by Seacrest Markets( actually it was from My Funded FX)all information is correct. I think they do not like profitable traders because they blocked my account for buying new account. I tried so many times but always rejected for getting account and they do not have online support as well. I do not recommend this company

There is no issue with purchasing on your account. We looked into it, so if there is an issue it must be your card or card provider. We also checked for any support tickets from your email and your last ticket was over 10 months ago so please kindly remove the false review. We apologize for any inconvenience this may caused. Amazing Experience

I am a Funded trader with this firm, I have had nothing short of a good experience with them and I’m happy to be funded with them, I requested a payout and got approved in 3 hours on a Sunday they’re honestly so fast. They also have smooth trading conditions, 10/10 firm would highly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable prop firm.
